Chapter 37

It wasn't the same without my sister around! I mean, it was probably the first time that I lived somewhere all by myself! My sister and I are like the key and the portkey! We never left each other sides, and we always needed each other to continue! It is weird not having her around, but I still have to learn to live on my own because one day in the future I will have to! I was walking back to my dorm and I unlocked the door because Enid had promised me that we will go on a walk together at the school and find a solution to the current situation

Y/n: Hey Enid

I said, opening the door, and the next scene my eyes saw had me ready to vomit! She and Ajax were making out on the bed and I immediately closed the door in shock

Y/n: I am sorry for interrupting whatever you guys were doing, but will it be able for me to enter my room now?

I asked, and I heard a "yes" from inside the room before entering! I saw both of them with red cheeks sitting a few inches away from each other and I smiled

Y/n: I will just take a few things and let you continue

I said, heading towards my desk, and then Enid's phone started ringing

Enid: It's Eugene

She said in shock and I ran to her bed! Eugene was finally awake, and I wanted to see if he was alright! When she answered the phone, Eugene sounded upset and full of worry

Eugene: Is Y/n there, Enid?

He asked and Enid gave me the phone

Y/n: Yeah, I am here! Is everything alright? I mean, how are you feeling?

Eugene: I am fine, but there is something really important that you all need to know

He started saying that Miss Thornhill is behind everything and that my sister and Weems went to find out the truth, but then before he was able to say more, Enid's phone closed because of a low battery!

Y/n: Shit

I said, and Enid started looking everywhere for her charger with Ajax, but then thing entered the room in panic and quickly jumped on the bed! He started saying things too quickly that we weren't able to understand anything, it said

Y/n: Thing slow down

I said, and then he started saying more calmly than before, that Weems was dead and Wednesday was taken by Thornhill and Tyler to Crackstone's crypt for an unknown reason! We all looked at each other in confusion, and then he said he heard that they wanted to wake up Crackstone from death, so he can take revenge on the outcasts! When he finished, then we all knew that we needed to make a plan to be ready for when he comes! So we split into three teams!
Enid would go find my sister and rescue her from what Thornhill was planning to do
Ajax will go wake up the students and take them to a safe place
And I will go rescue Xavier because thing said that Serif Galpin was informed by Weems about everything, and he would bring Xavier with him and free him if everything was true! With Thing on my shoulder and Enid next to me, we started running in the forest and Enid started acting weird

Y/n: Is everything alright?

I asked in confusion and she nodded before we stopped

Y/n: I have to go this way, but I will leave Thing here with you! In case anything happens 

I said with a worried look because I knew that something was off with her! Thing jumped from my shoulder to Enid's one, and she nodded before starting running again! I closed my eyes and started to look for Xavier's or Sheriff's minds, so I would be able to find where they are! I wasn't able to find either of them, but then I heard a car door close from a distance and I took out my sword before starting walking again for quiet! Then I saw from a distance Sheriff looking on his phone and then started walking towards a direction! I smiled when I saw Xavier's figure inside the car, and I took a rock in my hands before throwing it at one of the front windows! He looked confused around but when he saw me a smile was placed on his face!

Y/n: Miss me?

I asked before I opened his door and when he exited, he didn't hesitate a second before he kissed me and I kissed him back, putting my hands around his neck! But he forgot that he had handcuffs on and when he went to rub my cheek he hit me on my chin

Y/n: Ouch

I said, pulling away and rubbing my cheek

Xavier: Oh my god! Did I hurt you?

He asked worried and I smiled! These past few days, words can't explain how much I missed him being worried over me, take care of me! Sometimes I have to say that it got on my nerves how worried he would get, but I missed it! The truth is that I would never admit it to him! So this is our little secret 

Y/n: Don't worry, I only forgive you because you look hot in handcuffs

I said, and he smirked with a blush on his cheeks before I entered the front sit to find the keys for the handcuffs when I freed his hands he hugged me tight, and I hugged him back

Xavier: I missed you so much Y/n

He said and I smiled softly

Y/n: I missed you too

    I am really sorry that I didn't upload a part yesterday but two friends of mine that I haven't seen for over a year, surprised me yesterday, and I was really happy to see them that I completely forgot to upload this part even if it was ready!
