Belly stood in the ballroom wondering what she should text Drew after what happened last night.

She took out her phone wondering what she said say and sent a message to him

Drew woke up in a hurry,he was going to be late for his shift,Drew reached over to get his phone and grinned at the message.He went around looking for Belly but no one was there.He went downstairs to see Jeremiah and Conrad.

"Hey Jere wait up,I'm going to be late too."Drew shouted as he ran up to the car

He walked up to the ball room to see Jeremiah getting told off for distracting the debutante girls.Drew laughed to himself making eye contact with Belly,he waved over to her but Gigi was in front of her thinking Drew waved over to her.Belly looked around awkwardly as Drew walked away until she got a message sent from Drew

See you when you get back

Belly smiled to herself and went back to practicing

Drew sat in one of the chairs beside Jeremiah by the
snack bar as they spoke to Steven

"Oh thats all breast meat with the special pesto aioli sauce right? Jeremiah asked

"I'm not your personal chef,all right but yes,I walked all the way to the kitchen to get it."Steven responded

"You know it's all love."Jeremiah smiled as he bit into his food as Drew laughed

"What's got you in a good mood Drew?"Steven asked the boy

"I don't know I'm glad I'm alive after you almost hit me with a firework."Drew joked with his brother

"Sorry man didn't see you guys there."Jeremiah lied

"Steven can we please get two slushies?"Gigi asked

"Yeah,Yeah coming up ladies."Steven replied politely

"Thank you,that was the most fun waltz rehearsal,like in the history of waltz rehearsals"Gigi laughed

"And Drew I'm glad you came,You should come to the rehearsals more often."Gigi smirked

"You just came in time,Your girl belly's a disaster in heels"The other girl joked as Drew gave her a death stare

"You know Belly's a good dancer,Drew taught her some moves when we were younger,the waltz is just dumb."Jeremiah stated as the girls walked off confused

"Well I need to go back to my shift so I'll see you boys later."Drew smiled as he walked away

Drew's shift ended and he went back to the summer house.He looked at the canvas that had a cover over it and smiled to himself.He knew his moms cancer was back and sighed.What if this was the last summer where they were all together? Drew knew him and Conrad had to go college but this could be the last summer where everything was normal He grabbed the canvas and threw it on the floor as Belly jumped at the sudden noise.He grabbed the painting and put it back as she looked outside her window to see Drew and smiled.

"You're back."Belly smiled as she picked up the stuff off the floor helping him

"Hey."Drew smiled back politely

"Let me help you."The girl offered

"How are you and your mom?"The boy asked

"Uh my mo-we're good" Belly said confused

"Cool."Drew replied

"I-I broke up with Cam."Belly blurted out as Drew looked down

"Why?"The boy questioned

"Last night you and I almost kissed"Belly stated

"Did we? I was pretty wasted I don't remember much."Drew lied to the girl

"Wait,um are you serious?"Belly said frustrated

"Okay we almost kissed,What do you want me to say I'm sorry?"Drew laughed

"Are you sorry?"Belly questioned

"I don't know Look Belly I think about you and you know I do but I can't knowing that you love Conrad."Drew confessed

"Im not waiting for you anymore."Belly sighed as she walked off Drew looked at the girl in defeat

Drew and Conrad heard the door open as they saw their mother sitting on the stairs.

"Mom?"The boys questioned

"Big day today huh."Conrad said in a soft voice as Susannah chuckled at the boys

"Come on let's get you upstairs."Drew stated as they held their mom

"Go on no falling Today."Conrad smiled

"Not gonna fall."Susannah laughed at the boys as they took their mom to her room
