The two stared at eachother before Jeremiah inturrupted

"So this why you haven't answered any of my phone calls and texts."Jeremiah spoke up

"Jere did you not just hear what Drew said we're gonna lose this house.Moms house."Conrad added

"Why would your dad sell this house?"Belly asked

"He's not our Aunt Julia is."Drew scoffed

"Susannah's sister?"Belly questioned

"Half sister apparently the house belonged to the both of them and then when mom- Now aunt Julia owns the whole thing."Conrad explained

"Okay we'll just call dad and figure something out."Jeremiah suggested

"You think we haven't already done that? He says legally the house is hers."Drew sighed

"Okay then he'll buy it."Jeremiah responded

"He doesn't have the money to buy it.Between brown and the medical bills and."Drew yelled

"Yeah I know how much the medical bills cost because I was there.How long did you know about this and not tell me?"Jeremiah snapped

"Jere this was all happening so fast I was going to tell you after I'd taken care of it."Conrad sighed

"And this is you two taking care of it? Goin AWOL ditching school not talking to us."Jeremiah chuckled

"Fuck school I don't care!"Conrad whined

"Connie Drew you have to go back to school or you'll fail your class."Jeremiah sighed

"I'm not failing its Conrad you should worry about."Drew responded

"How are you going to become a doctor if you fail out of college Conrad?"Belly commented

"You have no idea what you're talking about."Conrad scoffed

"Seriously? We went to brown to check on your ass you know what I didn't think you would pull this shit again but you don't give a shit about anyone but yourself."Jeremiah snapped as he left the house and Conrad left to go outside leaving Drew and Belly alone

"Sorry if me being here is weird.So the the house-"Belly stuttered

"Is for sale and Jere doesn't even care."Drew mumbled

"Of course he cared but he cares about you and Conrad more after everything that happened you two go missing I mean he thought something really bad happened to you we both did."Belly admitted

"Conrad got a call two days ago from Liam he was asking him about a for sale sign in our front yard He thought it was a misunderstanding so Conrad told me and we drove straight here and I pulled the stupid sign out of the ground and I threw it into the garbage seeing that sign was Like losing her all over gain and I didn't want that for Jere.Me and Conrad are using my trust as down payment for the house talking to my moms financial guys in the morning."Drew explained

"Okay."Belly commented

"We didn't mean to worry anybody.Conrad and I are handling things you guys can go."Drew mumbled avoiding eye contact with the girl

"You're not the only one who cares about this house if jere wants to stay here and help figure things out that is his decision and you don't get to make it for him."Belly argued as Drew finally looked at the girl

Belly went for her afternoon swims as she made eye contact with Drew who sat on the edge

"Do you still pretend you're in the Olympics?"Drew questioned
