Feelings

I woke up and [name] was still fast asleep. I didn't really feel like moving. It felt nice being warm. The blanket was soft and smelt like [name]

I felt my body stiffen up when I heard a groan from [name] and a hand being wrapped around my waist

I turned to see a still sleeping [name] now holding me like a prized stuff animal. I slowly crept my hand to the side of his waist

We were now holding each other. I don't know why, but it felt right. Like I was meant to do this

As the sun continued to go higher the light shunned on [name]s eyes. I could see him start to wake up. I then closed my eyes before he saw me awake

After a bit of just waiting I felt a head being placed on my chest and a light squeeze. I could feel butterflies in my stomach forming

I didn't know what to do then. I just pretended like I just woke up. Maybe that would make it better.

I slowly opened my eyes to see [name] up to my chest and holding me tight. I haven't really been held like this in a while.

Other then my sisters occasional hug but after that I don't really get much physical touch that's nice.

I kinda wanted to feel this more often. I then squeezed a little which started [name] a bit making him shoot up

He then gave me a warm smile "good morning." He said getting straight out of bed

"Good morning." I said clearing my throat

"What do you have in mind?" [name] said looking at his clothes

"Oh I have another person I'd like you to meet...it's a girl." I said looking at [name]s face even thought he wasn't facing me I could tell his face lost emotion

"Oh...yeah I think that's a great idea go call her." [name] said not sounding interested

I walked downstairs and got the phone to ring Donna. She was my partner and I guess I found her cute since the end of school but I never asked her out.

After I finished the call I got back upstairs and changed while [name] made breakfast in the kitchen

His grandma has been gone for a while I hope she's okay. I walked down stairs and I saw a big amount of food. I took a seat and looked at [name] who then gave me a big smile

"This is a lot.."I said sound surprised

"Yeah well I just thought I could eat it later if we don't eat it all." [name] said taking a seat across from me

That was the day I had the biggest breakfast ever in a long time. I then heard a knock on the door and I rushed to go get it. It was Donna and she was wearing a cute red turtleneck with a black knee high skirt and a bow in her hair.

"Come in." I said showing her the way

I looked over at [name] who was scowling from afar. He didn't want to meet her in the slightest. "Nice house you have." Donna said trying to be nice

"Thanks." [name] said blankly

"Why don't we put on a movie." I said trying to make it calmer

I put on a movie while Donna sits next to me while [name] decided to sit on the other couch giving Donna glares every other 5 minutes

I could feel the tension so I asked Donna to go on a walk with me to the grab 'n go. It was noon by the time we left. I ended up talking to her for a longer time I thought

We talked and explored the town and even going to go get lunch. The time flew by and while we were walking back to [name]s house it was getting dark

When we got back the whole house was dark and I could hear someone crying. I turn on the light to see [name] crying and hyperventilating

I rush to help them but get stopped by him pushing me back "get the fuck away from finney blake."  He said through his teeth

"What's wrong?" I asked worry in my voice

"What's wrong?! What's wrong!? I'll tell you what's wrong! You left me for hours...I thought you died. And not once did you think "should I tell [name] we're gonna be gone for longer." He said stopping to breath

"Listen I'm sorry pleas just let me help you" I said trying to place a hand on his shoulder

I could tell he was panicking. I don't know why he would panic over something small...

"Don't fucking touch me." He said his words covered in poison

"Listen just calm down..."I said trying to de-escalate the situation

"You know what...leave." He said not even daring to look at me

"What?" I asked

"You heard me...just fucking leave okay? You don't want to be here and I don't either just fucking go." He said more warm tears fall down his cheeks

I didn't say anything because I could feel my own tears pierce the back of my eyes like daggers digging deep

I grab the few clothes I had and I left. Donna following after me close behind

"Finn it's gonna be fine I swear." Donna said placing a hand on my shoulder

"It's finney...you can go home now..."I said leaving her in the middle of the street. I just wanted to be alone

Why did my heart ache like this. It's like if [name] just grabbed our friendship by the heart and just tore it into a million pieces

The tears couldn't be stopped as I stopped on the sidewalk to my house. I just cried and cried making the stupid noises. I didn't care.

It was dark now that no one could see. A tear following another. My cheeks wet by the time I entered my house. When I walked in my dad was watching Tv.

"Hey finney I didn't know you were coming home early....hey what's wrong?" Terrence said getting up

"Nothing...I'm going to take a shower and go to bed...goodnight dad." Finn said going down the hallway to take a shower

"Goodnight finney."
