Keigo Tamaki-
a 10 year old boy who lives alone in a small shack after running away from h his abusive father. Later joined the league of villains and took on his new name/villian name Hawks. He strives to kill all the hero's for not helping him and saving in from his father.
Toya Todoroki-
A 11 year old boy who ran away from home and faked his death to save himself from his abusive father and take revenge on his fathers masterpiece 'Shoto Todoroki' his little brother. He is running along in the woods when he seeks shelter in this tiny shack unknowing that someone lived there. There he meets Keigo. Then he was also offered to join the league of villains where he takes on a new name which is also his villian name Dabi.
