Grayson's POV
I walk the hallways trying to find NiNi, while I may not be in a very good place with her, she did seem pretty shaken up but it all
I turn the corner to see her and Kourtney coming out of the dressing room, I start speed walking to her when suddenly I run into EJ who looks at me irritatedly
"Oh uh...hi..you two" NiNi says causing us to turn to her
"Are you ok" We say at the same time causing me to roll my eyes
"I'm ok thanks for checking up on me...I guess" She says and I move towards her a bit more
"I know the whole Miss Jenn thing has you freaked out, I'm trying to find a way to fix it or help her" I say and NiNi sighs heavily
"I don't know how you could do that...but I hope it's possible" NiNi says as we walk to Kourtney's locker
"NiNi can we talk please" EJ says and I look at her to see if she's even in the mood for that
"Grayson if you don't mind, can I help you with finding help for Miss Jenn" She asks and I nod cheerfully
"Sure just text me- I go to say more but I feel a hand on my shoulder then another intertwining our fingers

"Hey Grayson...oh are these your friends" Alexa says in a flirty tone as she moves closer to me, I look at her shocked and a little blush comes up on my face
"Uh yea this is NiNi and Kourtney" I say ignoring EJ
"Nice to meet you girls, I'll be taking this one though" Alexa says sweetly before pulling me away from NiNi who looks crushed and Kourtney who look away, trying to mind her business
"..hey Alexa" EJ yells out but Alexa flicks him off as we walk off causing me to look at her confused
"You don't like him either" I say amused causing her to laugh
"Nope....he and his teammates wouldn't stop flirting with me for months which got annoying" She says rolling her eyes causing me to laugh a little
I feel goosebumps come up on my arm as her nail scratch my arm as we walk to her class I presume
"So...that's the girl you've been crushing on since you came here...she's cute...I see why you like her" Alexa says and I sigh
"Yea....I'm not waiting on her to be done with those guys that are my competition...can't take the stress' I say and Alexa awe's at me
"Poor baby.....look..she'll definitely come around I mean she is definitely into you by the way she was glaring at me when I grabbed your arm" She says as we stop by her locker which she opens to get some note books
"She has to say that though, not tell me I have a chance then decide to not date for a while...and I have a feeling you did that arm thing on purpose" I say in an amused tone
"I sure did and guess what....it worked didn't it...girls are complicated, just do you and worry about your sister with your crushes ex" Alexa says as she closes her locker and nods to the theater room
I look over to see Gina and Ricky staring at each other as Ricky sings, they seem very close which still makes me uncomfortable and my protective sister instincts are kicking in
"Whoa tiger...glare any harder and your face will get stuck....just make sure his intentions are pure...now walk me to class and help me figure what we doin after school" Alexa says before pulling me in the opposite direction

I smile as I walk into Alexa's room as she throws her book bag across the room and plobs on her bed dramatically causing me to laugh
"Your mom sooo thinks we're together" I say laughing a bit and Alexa does the same
"Yea I know, I got that from the cradle robber joke she made" She says as she sits up, I laugh at this but stop when I see Alexa staring at me with a mischievous grin
"What?" I say confused when suddenly Alexa pulls me causing me to fall on top of her, we both laugh at this but I stop when I just look at her face
She's gorgeous, like really breathtaking...but something is missing...no no we have to move on from NiNi
"What are you staring at sophomore" Alexa says in a raspier voice than her normal one
"Oh uh nothing just...thinking" I half lie causing her to tilt her head cutely
"About what" She asks and I look around to try and find something to make an excuse out of when my eyes spot her tv
"About...what movie were gonna watch" I say as I get off of her and point to the tv
"Ok.....but we're watching mean girls....wait no...we're watching euphoria and that's that" She says and I sigh in relief
"Fine...since you won't stop talking about it" I say defeatedly as I climb on her bed and get comfortable, just as I do I feel Alexa snuggle into me as she grabs the remote and turns the show on and she dims her lights that are now suddenly purple
"Is this ok bestie" She says and I feel like I got punched in the gut
"Uh yea...let's see what all the hype is about with this show" I say and she giggles
"It's good trust me...a little odd but what show isn't" Alexa says causing as the warning for the show comes up
"Really...who's your favorite character" I ask and she thinks for a minute before looking to me with a smile
"Hmm I'll say Cassie or Dakota" She says and I smile a bit
"Cool...wonder if you have good taste" I say and she rolls her eyes
"Of course I do, I have good taste in clothes, shoes, decor as you can see, shows, friends....and boys" She says as she motions around her room then to me with a teasing smile causing me to smile a bit
"Hmm I do too...minus the boys so I guess we're good friends" I say painfully, I'm mentally hitting my head against a wall as I feel the friendzone hit me immediately
Ugh...I mean I guess she's a flirty person, it was stupid to think she'd change her mind on dating younger than her
"You do...especially with style... you look...very good" She says in a sensual tone and I shift slightly as I avoid her face since I have a giant blush on my face
Let's not get a boner right now
I hear Alexa giggle a bit before focusing on the show that I almost forgot about
Friends....I'll settle for friends, especially since NiNi is in the back of my mind
A/n well then....sorry to the Alexa and Grayson shippers, some people have a boundary with age gaps pluses Grayson is still emotionally unavailable so my bad lol also yes I made a nod to my own story😂
