Summery: A experiment was established to see how well ninjas and normal's would get along together. The thing is though is that the normal's adapter to the Ninja ways and that caused a ranking system to occur. There are different schools where they would stay as long as the normal's but would also learn jutsu's . At one school there's a sever case of bullying so Hinata brings in the Ultimate Queen of everything to settle the bullies.
