Her hand hovered above the door knob, contemplating if this would do her any good or just make her turn it back on, but she wasn't sure how.

Too much hesitating made her turn around and walk back to her old house, she decided this problem was a tomorrow problem as she didn't care enough to sort it out in the moment.

Katherine kept the house fairly clean, definitely wasn't dusty, so she made her way to her old room and slept until the next morning, getting ready to crash whatever was happening in the town the next day.

Next day

Walking through mystic falls in her signature boots and jacket became all too familiar for the raven, especially walking through the mystic grill doors. She sat down at the bar and before she even had a chance to order she saw a young Gilbert walking up to her

"Macy?" He asked us disbelief and she smirked

"Young Gilbert." She mentioned

"I thought you were dead." He said and macy smirked "well technically I am." Macy replied

"Are you on the other side too?" Jeremy asked as macy got up "I guess you can say that."

"Why are you still here?"

"I thought I would visit some friends, which reminds me, have you any idea where elena and stefan are lately?"

Jeremy huffed "elena is outside, stefan lost his humanity, he's a dick now and I couldn't care less about him." Jeremy mentioned and macy smirked

"An humanity-less stefan, how awful." She faked a hurt look before getting up off the seat

"I'm going to, watch over them?" Macy said in a questionable manner, not even believing her own story

"Okay, make sure you come and see me too!" Jeremny exclaimed as he disappeared

Macy emerged from the grill, watching Stefan go in one direction and seeing elena and Alaric in the other. Deciding Stefan might entertain her more she followed him, not far behind she saw a blonde girl appear behind him

"Lexi." He turned and looked at her confused.

Macy listened to their conversation before he saw lexi bang stefan head against the car door.

"I hope you're not going to do that to me." Macy shouted and she walked towards a passed out Stefan

"You're off the rails too." Lexi replied

"I don't even know you." Macy said

"Well Stefan cares about you, so that means I know you." Lexi mentioned

"Everyone and all this caring is really starting to make me want to stake myself in the heart." Macy rolled her eyes turning her back, deciding Stefan was not use for her anymore, considering she knows what Lexi always did to help him turn his humanity back on, and she didn't want any part of that

"Once Stefan turns his humanity back on he will be back to help you." Lexi shouted and I turned around starting to walk backwards

"If I turn it back on Lexi I'll crumble, it's better this way."
