Selene (Part 2)

Freen's POV

I am on the way to the grocery store to buy stuff for our lunch. Becky's at home, still resting.

I was walking in aisle, grabbing the ingredients I needed.

As I was walking, I suddenly bumped into someone because I was not looking.

"Oh my, I am sorry, I didn't see you." I helped picking up the things that the peson was holding and as I looked up.

It was Heidi. Shit, I am doomed.

I handed her everything then just turned my back and ignored her.

"Miss Sarocha" She shouted but I didn't even bother to look back. I have to tell this to Becky as soon as I can.

After paying for my stuff, I went to my car and settled the bags in the backseat. I am on my way going to the pet shop nearby. I stopped and parked there then I went inside.

I'm trying to find the perfect toy for Bonbon. After a few minutes, I fould a small ball and a bunny plush. I know he'll love this. I picked up some dog snacks too and payed for it.

I'm going back to Bec's apartment now.

I still can't process that Heidi is back, I am now worrying about Becky, because I am certain now that she's behind that email, pretending that she's still nt staff.

I arrived back at Becky's apartment and Bonbon immediately went to me after seeing me.

I saw Bec still sleeping so I decided to start cooking our lunch now.

I prepared some rice, honey glazed chicken, egg drop soup, and shrimp. Thankfully, I know how to cook. I hope my bb will like this.

I arranged the table and foods so I went to the sofa to wake Becky up. It's almost 1pm.

"Hey bb, it's time to wake up now." I said while slightly tapping and shaking her.

I placed a kiss on her forehead and continue to wake her up. She then opened her eyes, finally I saw those beautiful eyes.

"Bb, come on now, we need to eat so you can take your meds too." I said to her as I was helping her to stand up.

We sat down on the chair while Becky is looking at the foods, "Bb, you did all these?" She asked.

"Yes bb, just a simple lunch for us." I replied while putting rice on her plate.

We eat our food while the faint sound from the tv was playing.

After eating, we cleaned up and Becky decided she wants to go take a bath. I said to her that I'll prepare her bathtub.

I went out if the bathroom to tell Becky that everything is ready, "Bec, I'm done, you can now go in-" I saw her on a bathrobe, "-side" I said lowly. I was just staring at her.

"Uhm excuse me Miss Freen, I need to take a shower now and rest up again later." I heard her say.

"Yes, yes. Right, uh , if you need something just call me." I said and left. I am definitely blushing.

"You're so cute, bb" She said loud enough for me to hear.

A few hours later

Becky's POV

I checked my temperature, it's a little better compared to when I woke up. I stayed at my toom after showering while Freen was doing the stuffs she said she needs to do.

It's almost 7pm. I am just staring blankly at the ceiling when I heard someone entering my room.

"Bec, hi." She said to me.

"Hey bb, come here." I said to her.

She went in my bed and snuggle her head into my neck. She kissed my cheek.

"Let's go out of the room now bb" She said.

"One second, I still want to hug you bb." I said to Freen.

For about 15 minutes we just held each other, erasing all our worries. It feels good to have someone who can take care of you even if you are sick.

I then stood up and said that we should go out of the room now because it's dinner time.

When I opened the door, it was dim, as we walk, there are flameless candles leading to the balcony of my apartment, and in the balcony I saw a tent set up and besides it was a small table surrounded by blankets and pillows. I turned to Freen and she was holding a bouquet and she gave it to me. "For you my becbec." She said to me.

I tapped her nose with my index finger, "Thank you bb, you are so sweet." I said.

"That's not my only gift to you bb we have more later", she whispered and kissed my cheek.

We sat down on the floor with the small table, it was comfy enough. I looked up, the moon looks beautiful tonight.

"Bb, this is for you." She showed me a bracelet in a velvet box. She put it on my wrist and showed me her wrist too.

"Look bb, I have a matching one too." She said.

I smiled at her after seeing that.

We ate after she gave me her gift.

After then we just star gazed. She put her arms on around my shoulder.

"Bb, I know this might not be the first date that you expected to be but I hope you enjoyed it." Freen said to me.

"No bb, this is a perfect first date, I'm sorry I am sick so we couldn't get out. But thank you so much bb, you took care of me the whole day and even made my day better." I replied to her.

She held my hand then kissed it, "Don't apologize bb, it's been a while since we last hang out properly, I like this. I still can't believe I can court you now." She said.

"Thank you bb, you are the best thing that I have in my life." She added.

We stared at each other after she said that, she started to lean in, and I did too.

We shared a kiss. A kiss that's full of love, promises, and comfort. I know I'm still sick but I love this feeling. Maybe it's time that I let her completely in my life. It might be too early but after all these time I longed for Freen. Now I have the chance to make her mine.

"Bb, I don't have a gift for you today." I said.

"It's okay bb, you being here with me is the best thing I could ever have." She said.

"Bb, let's end our friendship."

She looked at me frozen, then slowly her smile fades.

"I want to ask you, will you be my girlfriend, Miss Sarocha?" I said.

Her eyes is just so wide right now and she wasn't able to say a word. For a few minutes she couldn't move. I tapped her, "bb are you okay?" I said.

"Bec, you just asked me to be your... girlfriend?" She said.

"Yes bb, yes!" She added.

She immediately hugged me while she was crying, I whispered comforting words to her and continued to kiss her all over her face.

"I know this might be too fast but, we have been together for so long, I longed for you bb." I said.

"Bb, will you be my girlfriend?" She asked me. Silly Freen. But, I said yes.

"I love you so much, my girlfriend. Thank you for welcoming me back into your life." She said to me.

"I love you too bb, I finally have the best person in my life. You are my joy bb." I said.

We cuddled and stared at the moonlight. I looked at Freen and she looks beautiful.

This night, finally I have my lover. I got her back, and now she's mine.
