Chapter Two: Movie Night

This Is It ended up making me come back inside and he put me in a time-out while everyone was eating supper because they all hadn't ate, yet.

I was sitting in the corner feeling appalled by what just happened.

"Can I get up now"?

I asked him.

"Not yet".

A few minutes go by and then, something catches my attention.

My tortoiseshell cat Cinnamon was wandering around the house.

I was confused at first, until I noticed that the front door was still open.

"Holy cow"!

I exclaimed.

"What?!

Bad jumped up in his seat.

Xscape got up from the kitchen table and walked over to me.

"What is it, sweetie"?

He asked.

"My cat just peed in one of y'all's shoes".

I pointed to a solid black pair of penny-loafers that were sitting next to the couch.

"Oh no! Not my penny-loafers"!

Thriller ran over to grab his shoes and when he sniffed them, he almost looked like he was gonna throw-up.

"Damn, that's gotta suck".

HIStory commented.

"I can't believe that somebody's cat ruined my penny-loafers. It's not fair"!

Thriller pouted, which made me giggle.

Cinnamon was watching him and then she wandered over to the kitchen table, and then she jumped up into Invincible's lap.

"Aw, what a nice little kitty".

He smiled while petting my cat gently.

After that, This Is It told me that I could get up now.

I went to the bathroom to get ready for bed and put on my pajamas.

Once I came back out, the Michael's were sitting around the TV.

"So, what movie do y'all wanna watch"?

"HORROR"!

All of them shouted together in unison.

I picked up a movie and put it in the DVD player.

"What movie are we watching"?

Scream asked.

"The Grudge".

I answered, and took a seat next to This Is It, who smiled when I laid my head on his chest and he wrapped his arm around me.

Thriller was enjoying himself while a bag of popcorn.

Ghosts and Xscape looked like they were getting into the movie.

The others were starting to get a little bit creeped out.

"Oh my God. That girl is so scary".

Invincible put a blanket over his head in fear and I gave him a teddy bear to make him feel better.

"Thank you, sweetheart".

He smiled.
