No, sadly Pisces and Libra aren't a very great combo for a long term relationship. But If it works somehow Libra will possibly be the leader of this relationship and will seek for freedom and... well Pisces are kinda clingy and too romantic/cute for Libra, they don't always prefer clingy people but that is kinda wrong because Pisces would only be clingy for whats their's..
