There's an old legend about a remote native mountain tribe of long ago that just disappeared one day. Other tribes from that land used to say that they were of man and animal joined in spirit as one, and they seemed to have special powers. They could appear, disappear, soar in the sky, and run like the wind. No military force can find any trace of them today, and no government can contain them with any barrier. They come and go as they please, and no one knows where they live. But once in a while, a story comes out in some remote newspaper or news station broadcast. A hiker had seen a glowing cougar that drove him away from a smashing rockfall. A lost child was carried to safety by a radiant person that wasn't there. A brilliant eagle or glowing cluster of butterflies led someone to safety or away from danger and then disappeared again as if a shadow or ghost that was never really there. Some people just disappeared altogether. No one can prove if these things are true or not. Yet, for those that saw them and lived to remember them, they are actual events and real people.

There is a particular people that know the true answer. They walk in complete harmony with the spirits of this world. Sometimes they might be seen as people or sometimes as creatures. One among them is the prime defender and protector over all the other spirit walkers. He is the alpha wolf. He is without fear and cannot be stopped by any device of man. He stands in the sky on the highest mountain peaks and below the deepest gorges where rivers carve deeply into and across the lands. He sees where the snow covers the trees and where burning sand rules the barren lands. He watches from his place in the spirit world with his beautiful wife and best friend both at his sides.

If you are struggling with helping others or in trouble with no help in sight, the spirit walkers may find you and help you in untold ways. If three wolves appear, one black, one white, and one like the stars at night, you may receive a needed gift beyond any measure you could dream.

If you are causing trouble or doing harm or evil to others or the land, you may find yourself in a setting where you see only a large black wolf with piercing eyes and shining white teeth. It will be the last thing you will ever see. Pray you never see him. If you do, don't bother to run, and don't try to plead or bargain. He already sees you, and there is nowhere you can hide, no way you can stop him from reaching you. And you will then die.

Life is a long river, and his spirit people guide us all along its winding way.

He is a spirit walker, and his name is Wolf Heart!
