Days and weeks passed, No one heard from neither ghost or price until there was a loud bang at the door. The old wood shattered into pieces, covering the floor of the once so lonely living room, both men walked in, rifles lifted in front of them ready to take down any of the three hidden inside. Soap was the first to wake up from the loud explosion, grabbing his gun to protect what was laying beside him. Or so he thought, the bed was empty and cold not a sign of the normal warmth of your body. The door to his bedroom opened, your face on full display, rifle pointed straight at him. "I got Soap, Waiting for commando to shoot", Your voice said while pressing down a small button on an intercom by your vest.

"y/n, its me Johnny don't shoot" Panic and the pain of betrayal once again making it through his chest, your eyes dark not leaving his. He pointed his rifle at you, finger hoovering over the trigger. Yet he couldn't shoot. No matter how hard he tried, his finger was locked.

Just as you pushed the trigger on your riffle, missing his body completely, a pain filled scream shot through the air and your body that had disappeared in front of him, was now laying on the mattress. Rolling in pain while blood came out of every opening, The warmth surrounding him becoming warmer and warmer while he felt like a fire was spreading in his insides.

He tried to help you, stop your screaming and the blood that was now fully covering him.

"Why did you leave me here Johnny" Was all you repeated, the words becoming louder and louder. In hope this picture would stop, Johnny closed his eyes, covering his ears.

Now it was all silent, he opened his eyes again, being met with darkness surrounding him.
Your body asleep next to him. Making sure you were alright, he turned you from your side onto your back, immediately being met with wide eyes. Starring cold into his own. A wound, the same he found on you as he got you out of the prison on your stomach. Blood covering the sheets. "Why did you leave me alone Johnny, I thought you loved me". Your corpse didn't move, not even your mouth to say these words. It was in his head. Getting louder and higher pitched by the second.

"JOHNNY!". A cold splash of water hit his face, ripping whatever dream he had out of him. Reality standing right in front of him. Your eyes met his, the gaze warm and alive. He hoped for this to not be another dream, grabbing into your body, entirely ignoring the water that had just washed over him seconds ago. His lungs felt like there were on fire as he just now realized he was breathing fast, faster than he normally would in a panicked situation.

"Its alright i'm here" Soothing words that helped to calm his nerves slowly. Just has the ringing stopped in his ears, he was also met with Gaz's gaze, locked onto him.

The same words still repeating in his ears, "Why did you leave me here Johnny, I thought you loved me".

It was long since he had night terrors, not remembering them being this bad. "Its okay. No need to worry" The whole situation was embarrassing to him, making him flee out of your arms, downstairs to open the front door and get some fresh air.

You shared a look with Gaz. "Go back to bed Kyle, i'll manage". He nodded and walked off still being half asleep, keeping in mind that it was just past 4 am now.

Johnny had grabbed the pack of cigarettes that was laying on the desk. Already having one half finished as your arms wrapped around his frame from behind. "What were you dreaming about". The sound of your voice was so soothing to him, so different from what he heard in his dream. He could barely recall it. Just the words that would continuously recoil in his mind. "The Prison break,  left you in there. You were laying next to me bled out and stone-cold. I should have been there."

"It was just a dream. I am very much alive thanks to you." He knew you tried to make him feel better, but the stabbing in his chest wouldn't stop. It pained him. The betrayal, you shooting yourself next to him. The screaming. The blood. The pain. It all felt too real to just be getting  over with. "We can't go and find Ghost and Price."

Johnny knew it was silly, but the sour feeling of angst inside of him, scared to be betrayed by you was to much. He trusted you, he would even set himself on fire if it meant to free you. But he was also just human, he had been betrayed by his friends once already, he wouldn't want to also lose you on his side.

Would he love you any less if you would actually betrayed him? He wouldn't.

If you'd be happy with torturing him, killing him, whatever it means. It also meant he would have made you happy. How sick it sounds, he was indeed obsessed and helpless. But he trusted you, more than the fear of looking in your eyes and seeing pettiness.

You had the chance to betray him once, why would you now, out of all situations.

Your hands started to draw circles on him chest. "Why? we have everything planned out".
It was stupid to stay here forever, you needed to act out at some point, the earlier, the better.

"I know, I am just scared." The air was filled with silence for a moment, considering his statement. "I'm scared too".

Even if it seemed to be silly, two people scared of a situation that was more than reason enough to be scary about. But this was life for you two birds, flying around while living out scary situations almost on a daily. But this operation meant to act against friends, teammates. Some still consider them family. Having to shoot them if it all went south.

"You know I love you right?". Now he was the one to turn around. "Of course, You would tell me every chance you'd get". He threw the finished cigarette aside. Hands now holding both of your cheeks. All he needed was now laying in between his palms. In his hands the treasure he once failed to keep safe, not daring to leave you again.

"Can I kiss you?". The words whispered, it almost felt silly. Like you two had just started dating. Only a nod came from you, before Johnny's lips locked onto yours. Both moving in the same Rhythmen, the air quiet except for the sounds of wet lips moving against each other.

"I love you so much" Words being spoken between kisses.

"Lets go to sleep, the Couch should be big enough for us, the bed is still drenched." Marking his words, Johnny lifted you over his shoulder, earning a soft laugh in return. He didn't sleep for the rest of the night, just holding you close in his arms. Making sure you wouldn't fall off the couch.
