Chapter One

Alcina POV

I take a drag out of my pipe blowing it out a second later

looking out my window at the falling snow, my eyes flickering around to find something to catch my eye

When the calm atmosphere is interrupted by the loud ringing of my phone

I let out a frustrated sigh as I sit down at my vanity and pick up the phone

"Hello lady dimitrescu speaking" I say picking up my lipstick and fixing it up

"Hello Alcina dear how are you? " Miranda's voice breaks through the phone

"I'm doing good Mother Miranda how are you? "

"Alcina please no need to be so formal, Miranda is fine only the villagers call me that, anywho I'm doing good"  Miranda chuckled

"Of course Miranda , but I would like to know why is it that you decided to call me is there something you need? "

"Well I have something important to tell  you  as well as the other lords so I have organized a meeting at the old church"

'A meeting?'

"Of course Miranda I'm be there" I say

"alright see you later dear"

The phone is cut

I sigh as I put the phone down and get up I bend down going through the door and start to walk down the hallway

I see maids scurrying around doing there jobs

5 minutes later

I get to the main Hall to see I couple maids in the room "Get out all of you!" I shout making all the maids jump and run out "Daughters! " I once again shout out not even a minute later I hear buzzing

"Hello my daughters" I say when they fully form back "Hello mother" they all say smiling up at me

"Mother Miranda has called for a meeting and I must leave you all here and do hope I can trust you all right? " 

"Of course mother we will be on a best behavior" my eldest says "Yea! " middle and youngest say

"All right I will see you all later"

I am already on the over side of the room ready to open the door

"Bye mother! "

I chuckle

I walk up to the large carriage and tell the man-thing where to go

1 hour later

I walk into the broken down church

" ah Alcina your here please take a seat" Miranda says her voice echoing around the church

I walk to my seat in see something odd

There is a black cat sleeping in my chair
'How did a cat get in here? ' I thought

"Alcina is there a problem of why you haven't taken a seat?"

"Oh well there seems to be a little black cat in my spot." I say looking back at the Felton in front of me

"Y/n, what happens to being polite stop sleeping in people's chairs" Miranda says drawing out the name

' Y/n that is a very beautiful name' I am taken out of my thoughts by the cat now in the arm of the chair waiting for me to sit, and I do

I sit down before I could even think the cat jumps into my lap and curls up

'Cute'

But I look up to see Miranda giving me a smirk but turns to try and hide it

'I wonder what she gave me that smirk for?' I thought to myself and I look around the room to see the only person I don't find irritating donna benviento

I send a small wave which me returns with a small and shy one in return

I turn back to the cat in my lap and it is looking at me with beautiful e/c eyes

Distracted by the Felton in my lap Miranda clears her throat again to get my attention

"Well it seems you have all your attention on are little friend so I might aswel just introduce you."
