Alcina POV

My daughters and I are standing in the main Hall waiting for Miranda to show

"Mother? " I hear Cassandra say her head down " yes? " I say my eyes locked on the door

"What do you think Mother Miranda will do? " she asks looking up at me

"I'm not sure let's just hope we find her" I say, before I can say another word a loud knock at the Door sends chills down our spines

I open the door to see Miranda looking up at me with a tired look and I let her in

"Miranda if you don't mind me asking what did you mean when you said this isn't the first time?" I say walking a bit behind her

"That is a story for another day" Miranda mutters looking back at me soon she stans in the middle of the room and looks at me and my daughter's

" If any of you tell any one what I'm about to do I will have your heads got it?" " she says looking at us with a stern face

"Of course our mouth are shut" I say a bit scared of what she is going to do

We all look at Miranda wondering what she is going to do she starts to do a bird call by interlocking her hands

My eyebrow raised at this

Soon we all hear quick foot steps they sound like they were running on all fours

Soon we all see mother Miranda open her arms waiting for something or someone

In a flash we all see a black cat which I know as y/n, we see her rushing towards Miranda and turning back

jumping into Mirandas arms snuggling her head into her neck making Miranda chuckle

This site made me a bit jealou- wait what why am I jealous of her

I was pulled out of my thorough by y/ns voice " Pretty bird you came to visit mee!"

Did she just call Miranda pretty bird?!
"Of course I would visit but that is not that is not why I am here"

Y/n looks down like a child who is in trouble for stealing a cookie

"I called to ask if you were happy in castle dimitrescu or if you wanted to switch to House Benviento or the factory but I found out you were hiding from the ladies of the house" Mother Miranda said putting y/n down and crossing her arms

" well i-" "it's her isn't it " Miranda say cutting of y/n instead of answering she just nods

I look confused as well as my daughters "who's who? " I ask

Y/n looks worried and gives Miranda a look like she is pleading for her to keep quiet

What are they hiding? " nothing Alcina " Miranda sighs

Miranda coughs and straightens her clothing " I have to get back to my estate I'll see you at the next meeting " Miranda gives y/n one last look before leaving

Miranda POV
I walk out into the cold air and teleport to my lab

"Oh y/n I just want you to be happy again " I mutter to myself as I eye the framed photo of me y/n Eva and lily
