Hey guys, unfortunately I will be taking a break from writing due to the loss of my baby Zeusie. He was going to turn 6 years old in April, but was diagnosed with Leukemia which btw is another punch in the gut since that's what took my Papa (Grandpa) away. After talking, me and my family decided that we weren't going to put him through chemo just for the chance of three more months that he'd be suffering through, so he's going to spend a couple of days at home with us before we take him back and put him to sleep.
He was a good dog. Never did anything wrong. He was there for me when I was sad, when I was going through toxic relationships, when I was mad at my parents, when I was suicidal. He has always been there for me so I'm going to be there for him during his last days without being distracted by writing.
In my bio I have the quote "Death can have me when it earns me" and all I have to say is that death did not deserve my baby boy. I will also be taking a week or two break after he passes to grieve.
