When I woke up the next morning I was wearing one of Gav's sweatpants and oversized hoodies over my valentine's day outfit. " Gavinnn! " I yell. He comes running up the stairs and kisses my forehead when he sees me. " hey babe. " he says. " hey, where have you been? " i ask. " well i was cuddling with you half the night until you basically pushed me off the bed. " he says laughing. " aw, i'm sorry babe. " i hug him and begin speaking without letting go. " I really enjoyed last night... " i say, smiling. He smiles back at me and pushes my hair behind my ear. " i'm glad you enjoyed yourself baby, i made sure everything was perfect. Just for my girl. " i cover my face as i blush. "gavvv.. you're so sweet. i love you. " he smiles and kisses my lips. " i love you too mi reina." i smile at him. " where do you learn all these spanish words? " i ask. " my grandmother spoke a lot of spanish and she taught me a lot when i was a kid, so i take spanish classes on my free time." he gets closer to me and whispers. " do you know what 'mi reina' means? " he asks me. i shake my head no. " it means my queen" i smile hard. " so i'm your queen? " i say. " of course you are. my one and only. " he says. i smile and giggle. " you are so cute. " i say. " all you baby. " i lean in and kiss him. i hear the front door slam but i continue to kiss him. i lay back on the bed while we make out and someone comes in. whoever it is, they clear their throat. " piper, don't be rude. say hi. " i hear walker say. i break the kiss and look over to walker. then i see my ex, lev. " what the f*ck walker. seriously? " i roll my eyes. " what's going on? " gavin says. gavin joined the group a little after levleft, so he wouldn't know why we fell out. " walker for some reason felt the need to bring my f*cking ex here. " gavinwhispers in my ear. " it's okay babe, calm down. " I sigh. " well actually, lev wanted to come back and i thought why not. " i rolls my eyes and leave the room. everyone follows. " how was your valentine's day? " lev asks. " it was great, because my BOYFRIEND actually cares about me and went all out just to make me happy. " walker pulls me to the side. " well just to let you know, lev's back in the group. " i roll my eyes. " yeah, real classy @sshole. " i can't believe walker would just let him back in like that. after he cheated so many times, i cried for months. after he hurt me, he just came back so easily. unbelievable. hours later, as i lay on the couch and eat the cake gav bought for me, he lifts my legs up to sit down. " hey gavin. " i say. " hey gorgeous. " he look at me with his phone up. " smile. " i smile and he takes a picture of me. " want some cake? " i ask. he gets up and i feed him a piece. " that's so good " he says. " i know right. " i say. he puts on one of his jackets. " i'm going to my spanish class, wanna come? " he asks. i nod and go put my cake in the fridge. " carry me. " he smiles and picks me up. i smile as i hold onto him and we kiss.

as i lay down i practice some of the spanish i learned. " gav, tell me how well i do, okay? " he nods. " eresmuylinda. " i say. " Ereshermoso mi amor. " he responds. "tuespañoles bueno nena" he cups my cheek and lev walks in. " hey piper, can we talk? " i roll my eyes. " as you can clearly see, i'm spending time with my boyfriend. " gavin grabs my hand and calmly whispers to me. " it's fine, go ahead. " he says. " i just wanted to spend time with you gav. " i say. " and we will spend time together. i promise. " he pecks my lips and smiles. " i love you. " he says. " yo tambiénteamo " he smiles. " good job. " he says. i smile and step out the room. " what do you want lev? " i sigh. " well, i was thinking we could start our relationship over. we were really good together. " i can't believe this. " okay, first of all. we weren't good together, you're unloyal. and i'm sure you're aware by now that i have a boyfriend. " I try to walk away and he grabs my arm. " come on piper, what we had was special-" I scoff. " no, it was toxic. " he sighs and continues talking. " and I'm sure the fans would love us back together. " is he serious? " is that what this is about? Your not sorry for the way you hurt me but you want to use me for clout? Get the f*ck out my face. " I walk back in the room. " no piper, its not like that! " I slam the door and crawl into Gavin's arms. " life is so overwhelming. "I say. he hugs me and gives me a light kiss on cheek. " do you wanna talk about it? " he asks. " no, not today. thanks though. " I say. He gets a text. " oh, Landon's here. We were gonna hang out downstairs for a bit, if you wanna join us. " he says. " I think I'm just gonna take a nap. " I say. He kisses my forehead. " dulcessueños. " he says. I smile and give him a kiss. He kisses me back and I make out with him. Eventually I break the kiss. " my bad. " I say giggling.
