plot: you're the songwriter for the band, The Sology, and have been friends with them for a long time
A/N: this takes place before the borderlands, and it's just reader having a good time with the band. also this is inspired by another oneshot i read, and this was supposed to be for valentines day, but i forgot

"WHY DO I HAVE TO DRIVE, Y'ALL???" I said, surprised
you see, I just got my driver's license less than 2 months ago, (this is true) and because of this, my friends keep asking me to drive them places, even though I almost crashed several times, but we don't talk about that.
"you were the worst out of all of us" Maki said
"HOW?? i ain't even do anything today" I said
"exactly" Shitara said, as if he was right
"but, i'm literally the worst driver out of all y'all, why do you trust me to drive now IN THE DARK WITHOUT MY GLASSES!!!" I said, concerned if they lost their mind
"that's true, but" Uta said, drawing out the but. "this could give you the opportunity to be a better driver"
"You all have too much faith in me, it's honestly concerning" I said, in fake fear
"aww, your so mean, y/n" Kyuma said, with fake hurt, putting his hands on his heart
"your the mean one making me drive in the middle of the night without glasses. if we crash, it's not on me" I said, putting my hands in the air.
"whatever, can we go now, i'm hungry" Goken said
"...fine, come on" I said, slowly grabbing my things and exiting the building
"i'll meet y'all in the car" I said, walking out of the building, doing a 'peace' sign on my way out.

"where are they? i'm boutta just leave them here" i said, turning my phone off.
you see, it's been more than 10 minutes, and i am the most impatient person you will ever meet.
I was gonna call one of them, until i saw uta approaching the car. she opened the front door, and got in
"surprised you didn't just leave" she said, getting situated
"i was, but then i saw you. where are the others?" i said, readjusting my seat a little.
"their coming, patience" she said, stretching her body a little
"patience is something i don't have, uta, you know this" i said
she laughed, and looked at the window, before saying "look, there they are. happy now?" she said, teasingly
"yes, very" I said.
The back doors then opened to reveal the rest of the band
"god damn, y'all took forever" i said, slightly exaggerating
"one more minute, and they probably would've left without you guys" uta said, jokingly, while looking at them
"surprised they didn't leave, to be honest" Maki said
"okay, let's get this show on the road, shall we." Shitara said
"yea, i'm hungry"
"okay, let's get some food first, than we'll go home" I said, starting the car, and driving off.

we ended up driving to this close food place called 'Mindy's' and decided to get some food there. and they ordered more food than i thought they could, my card is in tears with how much money i spent on them.
I pulled up to the first window, and saw the prettiest girl ever, and it was Valentine's day, so i decided to shoot my shot.
I pulled a rose from my compartment in the front seat, and said "will you be my Valentine?" I said, with a signature lip bite, like those fuckboys i be seeing on tiktok
she looked shocked, before taking the rose, a laughing while saying "sure"
she said it unable to hold her laughing in
I laughed with her while giving her my card to pay for the food.
when we got the food, the others looked at me, before laughing.
"Wow, I didn't know you had it in ya" Kyuma said, laughing
"me neither" goken said, clearly having the time of his life
i looked at them before saying "and that's how it's done" I said, referring to me jokingly asking the girl to be my valentines.
"W rizz, man" Shitara said, kind of impressed with me actually getting a Valentines
"Thank you, Thank you" I said, bowing, before passing out the food.
When i got to my bag, i saw a cookie.
"yo, did any of you order a cookie?" I said, looking at them for confirmation
A chorus of 'no's then made it's way to my ears, before it went silent for a few seconds.

.
"WAIT" uta said, "was it that girl?" Maki continued for her
"...oh why, i really do got rizz"

I may do a part 2, i may not but what i do know, is that that actually happened to me irl, soo that's fun. also should i do something similar like this but with karube, chota, and arisu?
also, literally no one asked for this, but i haven't update this book in a hot minute, and this was the best my brain could come up with, while high out of it's mind
