I woke up to Dave kissing my back making realizing how sore my body was , I turned my head facing him and slowly opened my eyes seeing him staring at me.
"Good morning " he spoke in a raspy voice making me smile
"Good morning " I mumbled before sitting up stretching
" you ok?" He asked me and I shook my head no
"It hurtssssss" I whined laying on top of him hearing him laugh
"I'm sorry mamas, you wanna take a bath? " he asked me and I nodded
"Can we call the kids first. I miss them so much" I sat up and he grabbed his phone calling his mom. He knew better than to call kai iPad all she do is press decline , his mom answered the phone with Eli in her lap making me smile
"Hiiii my baby og my gosh I miss you so much" I pouted and he smiled showing his gums
"Wassup man " Dave smiled
"Well hello to y'all too" his mom spoke making me laugh
"Hi ma, they driving you crazy?" Dave said and she sighed
"No but kai was up at 7 am demanding some pancakes, your brother is here so I'm spending time with little Eli who sleeps wonderfully " she told us making me smile, we continue to talk to them for a while before hanging up
"What you wanna eat mamas hmm?" He kissed my shoulder and I looked at him
"Whatever you want baby"
"You can't eat what I wanna eat" he smirked making me roll my eyes
"Noooooo " I pushing him giggling at his words and he smiled , he stood up and walked to the bathroom. I could hear him turning on the bath water, a few minutes later he came back and snatched the covers off of me. He picked me up and took me into the bathroom sitting me on the tub
"You want me to get in with you?" He asked and I quickly nodded
" Ight come on" we got inside the bath and I laid on his chest, it felt good being in the water and in his arms.
"I love you" he whispered and kissed the side of my head
"I love you so much more" I told him and I meant it. He was so special to me, we've been through a lot and I'm glad we're here.
"We got a lot of shit to do today mamas" he rubbed my stomach and I sighed
"I gotta wrap all the kids stuff and do it without them being on us." I whined and he laughed
"Relax mamas, we got this. " he kissed my head again making me relax. Lord knows how today is gonna go.
