"Garou...," a voice chimes like a bell. "Garou... it's me," she says. Her face appears in the darkness like sunlight. "(Y/N)?! Where am I?" Garou asks. "You're probably dreaming right now. You must've fainted somewhere," she says. Garou tries to reach out for her but he couldn't. Every step he takes make him further away from her so he stops trying. "Are you okay? You're hurt badly, aren't you? How is your body?" are the first questions she asks. "I'm fine. It doesn't hurt much at all," he answers. He feels better when she's worried about him. Her face looks so worried and it seems like she has a lot of questions but she holds herself back. "What happened?" she asks. Her voice is gentle and warm, like an angel. "Some things," he replies, avoiding her eyes. But a thought run through his mind. "You--- How can you appear in my dream? How did you know that I'm wounded? What kind of doctor are you?" he shoots all those questions but her expression remains the same. "I figured you'd notice, but I can't tell you. Not yet," she says and lets her full body be emerged from the darkness. Dressed in a white satin dress, she descends towards him-- truly, like a real angel. She gazes warmly upon him and gently presses her palms on his cheeks. "When the time is right, I'll tell you," she whispers and kisses his forehead.

Garou wakes up from his dream but his body feels lighter. He's not in pain as much as he thought he would and his wounds mostly have healed. "What kind of doctor is she?" he mutters to himself, then he finally finds the note someone left him which tells him about his recruit to the Monster Organization.

It's been a day since Garou went missing. I'm still at the hospital and Isamu is still at Hero HQ. Both of us can't leave our positions because of our work. Last night, I was able to slip into Garou's dream through Sensory Link and healed him. It's noon now and most of the heroes in the hospital have fully healed so they went back to their cities to help the citizens there. I stay at the hospital's garden to heal the whole City A population. There are 25 other cities to go but for now, I'll just need focus on the important areas. Recovering the health of a whole cities requires a lot of power and I have never needed to exert myself to this extent but if I don't do this, then we won't be prepared for the next attack from Monsters Organization. Like before, I only focus the healing only on humans as long as they're connected to the ground like standing or sitting on a chair. If I do this right and if no one is distracting me, I might be able to heal the world in three days. I'm tired... but I'll be fine. The medicine enhancer Isamu made me helps me to go pass my limit.

I'm Mortal Angel after all.

Suddenly, with a hard bang on my head that sends me flying across the room, I lost consciousness again and fall limp on the garden floor.

I'm instantly sent back a dream state and quickly goes into Garou's dream since it must've been him who got knocked out.

"Wake up," I whisper and he quickly regains his consciousness and so do I.

I look up through the glass ceiling and find that the sun is starting to set. I need to find Garou.

.

After managing to slip pass security and to the rooftop, I use the pendant that connects me to Garou. "Show me the way," I request it and it bursts into a bright light like a star before directing all of its light into one direction. I swallow down the a few more pills and grow a pair of wings that's similar to a dragonfly. "(Y/N), what are you doing!?" Isamu warns me through our devices. "I have to save Garou," I say. "The Hero Hunter?!" Isamu sounds shocked. "Yes. I'll be back late tonight so don't wait for me. There are leftovers in the fridge but if you feel like having a food delivery, use my card," I say as I stand on the edge of the rooftop. The city down below seems like an ants colony from up here and the orange sky looks so vast. "But wait-- hasn't he been taken away to the Monster's Association?" he asks. "Yes but I can feel him," I say and turn off the device connecting me and Isamu. I jump from the rooftop and open my wings. With the strong wind current and faster wing form, I flutter through the sky as fast as I can towards where I feel Garou is.

.

After a while of flying over the cities, I arrive at a neighbourhood where I see Tareo trying to run away but then a slimy monster appears and grabs him with its tentacle. With a pair of bow and arrow that Isamu prepared for me, I fill the tip of the bow with a bit of venom which made my right point finger nail turns black. I pull the bow string back and with a puff of air, I release it.

Unfortunately, the arrow goes through the monster and strike the ground instead. The monster reaches for me with its tentacles and grabs me before I could make a run for it. The tentacles are wet and slimy, overall very disgusting like human feces. I try to put some venom into its body through my skin but it grips me tighter to the point that I can't breathe. Tareo cries in fear.

~Garou's Point of View~

I'm confident I can defeat them both. They're no where as strong as those old geezers (Silverfang and Bomb) and their fight combos are all over the place. They may be strong but not enough to defeat me! "The real fight starts now!" the ghost-like monster proudly commences as if he's gonna win. "I don't mind continuing this fight...," I say but there's something at the back of teeth. "...but I know your moves. PEH!" I say and spit out the thing like a bullet through the ground that's been bothering me which is my own tooth. "You'll never hit me again," I say with confidence. It's true. They're too weak for me.

But when sloppy footsteps interrupts our fight along with the cries of a child, that's when I finally feel my cold going cold. "Hydro-jellyfish, why are you here?" the bug monster asks. "I have beef with that guy so I'm lookin' for a chance to bother him," he says playfully. He has both Tareo and (Y/N) in his tentacles and its grip of (Y/N) is so tight that her body is stiff like a log and her mouth is gasping for air. "That woman and brat has nothing to do with this!" I shout in rage that's piling up in my head like heat.

But with my back turned against the other two monsters, the ghost-like takes his chance to slash my back with his katana arms. It doesn't hurt me at all but (Y/N) grimaces and when she arches her back in reaction to me being sliced even without looking at me, it finally dawns on me that she can feel my pain. The giant bug then punches my gut with as much strength as possible until the ghost continues to slash me without stopping. With each slashes, the pain finally starts to feel and (Y/N)'s glass-shattering screams are deafening my ears. I can see her body struggles to be released but as my consciousness slowly starts to fade, her body also starts to move a lot less...
