Albert was definitely no stranger to tough times; when everything seemed hopeless, when living itself already hurts. He also isn't a stranger to...having some thoughts.
Albert may appear calm and collected on the outside, but on the inside...he was breaking.
Until he unexpectedly met Ella at the orphanage where he usually visited before. Way before he met William and Louis.
Unlike Albert's encounter with other people, Ella never views him according to his status and wealth. She just saw him as a shy yet kind and helpful guy. They started as friends, and as time passed by their relationship bloomed into lovers.
Ella appeared in his life and stole his broken heart so fast. Ella who smiles and the happiness she brings is simply enough for Albert to keep on living in this dysfunctional society. Albert truly loves her beyond eternity.
So when he sees her how broken she sounded that night, how her beautiful eyes - usually filled with happiness and joy - are now dull and empty like shattered glass, he felt crestfallen.
But even broken and down, she is still his angel, his love, his whole life. And is still the most beautiful thing he has ever seen!
Albert does his best to show her how loved she is, and how she still matters to him. She may be down and having bad thoughts now, but she's still loved and cherished deeply. He respects her decision when she wanted to be alone, he holds her when she's hurting, and sometimes...when he thought Ella's sleeping by his side he would try to sing.
Albert is simply there to catch her when she falls because she was the one who fixed his broken heart in the first place.
Life can be hard, but with Albert by her side, everything will be fine. Even the darkest skies seem to brighten up with his love for Ella.
