I felt something bright on my face so i started opening my eyes. I saw the walls of the motel as i started remembering last night and turn to my left and see Lonna covered in the beds blankets

Alex: so i wasn't dreaming nice.

I put mu hand on her shoulder and shaked her a little

Alex: Lonny. Wake up sweetie.

She gave a small groan before slowly opening her eyes

Lonna: hey stud. Having a brake after last night?

Alex: yeah. we better get dressed and get to work before Blitz starts to ask any questions.

We slowly rose up from the bed and picked our clothes from the flour

I was now at the office with only me, Lonna and Moxxie at the table

Alex: so where's Grimm and Millie

Moxxie: I let Millie get a little more sleep today so she'll be here any minute and Grimm said he won't be coming to work today to meet up with some old friends of his.

Alex: you sure he's fine?

Moxxie: this is Grimm we're talking about, almost nothing that can kill him.

I was checking my axe for a little while until Mox started talking to Lonna

Moxxie: you know, i checked the scale today and it said i lost two pounds this week.

Lonna looked him up and down and just shrugged

Moxxie: Millie honey, everything okay?

Alex: yeah you're acting like a savage bull over there.

She turned around and hissed at us. I was holding my axe close in case she attacked from rage but thankfully she calmed down

She got off the cutout as me and Moxxie walked closer to her
