When I started this book/ journal I was still learning. Even now I'm still learning, but I am more advanced. Since this is the case I'm going to be redoing a lot of this, that includes updating, deleting, fixing typos and possible misinformation, ect.
I would like to apologize if you get an abundance of notifications for this book today, as I'm going to do as much as possible. If you would like anything specific to be added just let me know and I will do what I can ^^
I would also like to add im going to make this as close to my actual practice, so any information I add will have something with what I do! I may have the odd chapter or whatnot as something random but overall it will be how I practice on the daily.
