7th chakra, seen typically as a purple/pink mix, associated with the top of your head
Crown foods:
Water, lavender, tea, berries
When the crown is balanced:
I am at Peace.
When the crown is imbalanced:
Loneliness, depression, anxiety, confusion

Third Eye
6th chakra, seen as a deep purple, associated with the spot between your eyes
Foods:
Grapes, carrots, blueberries, chai tea
Balanced:
I am calm. I can solve my own problems.
Imbalanced:
Nightmares, indecision

The Throat
5th chakra, seen as blue, associated with your throat or your voice
Foods:
Blueberries, coconut, lemon, honey
Balanced:
I can express myself freely.
Imbalanced:
I cannot express or explain myself.

The Heart
4th charkra, seen as green, associated with your heart
Foods:
Broccoli, avocado, kiwi, matcha
Balanced:
I am loved. I am loving.
Imbalanced:
I feel heartbroken, and unloved. My relationships are broken.

Solar Plexus
3rd chakra, seen as yellow, associated with your stomach (I think don't quote me)
Foods:
Banana, pineapple, grain, lemon
Balanced:
I am organized. I can accomplish my dreams.
Imbalanced:
Angry and hopeless. I cannot finish tasks

The Sacral
2nd chakra, seen as orange, associated with your lower back/tailbone (I also think)
Foods:
Carrots, oranges, peaches, cocoa
Balanced:
I constantly have new ideas to create the life I want.
Imbalanced:
I have lost my creativity. Despair.

The Root
1st chakra, seen as red, associated with your feet
Foods:
Beets, pomegranate, tomatoes, strawberries
Balanced:
I am confident. I am full of energy.
Imbalanced:
Low self esteem, low energy
