Rimuru sat in his office room, surrounded by stacks of paperwork and reports. It seemed like every day there was more to do, more problems to solve, and more decisions to make. Being the ruler of a powerful country was not as glamorous as he had once thought it would be. He sighed and rubbed his temples, trying to ease the stress that seemed to constantly plague him.

Shuna had noticed his stress levels and had been helping him with his work. She had always been a hard worker, but lately, she had been going above and beyond. Rimuru was grateful for her help, but he couldn't help but feel guilty for burdening her with his work.

One day, as they were working together, Shuna made a suggestion. "Rimuru-sama, have you ever considered letting your subordinates take over some of your other jobs and roles?" she asked.

Rimuru looked up, surprised. "What do you mean?" he asked.

"Well, you have a lot of responsibilities, and it's not fair for you to have to do everything. You have talented and capable subordinates who can help you with some of your work. That way, you can focus on the things that are most important," she explained.

Rimuru thought about Shuna's suggestion for a moment. While he knew it made sense, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease about it. He had always been a hands-on ruler, and the thought of giving up some of his responsibilities made him feel like he was shirking his duties.

"I don't know, Shuna," he said slowly. "I feel like it's my responsibility to oversee everything that's happening in the city. If I start delegating tasks, what if something goes wrong? What if I'm not there to fix it?"

Shuna put a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "Rimuru, you have capable and trustworthy subordinates. They're not going to let anything go wrong. And if there is a problem, you can still oversee everything from a distance. It's not like you're completely handing over control."

Rimuru nodded thoughtfully. He could see the logic in her words, but he still couldn't shake the feeling of hesitation.

It was at that moment that Ciel, his trusty partner and artificial intelligence system, chimed in. "Rimuru-sama, I must agree with Shuna. Delegating some of your tasks and roles to your subordinates is the most efficient way to manage your kingdom. You are still the leader and have the final say, but by giving your subordinates more responsibility, you will be able to focus on the bigger picture and make more strategic decisions."

Rimuru sighed. He knew they were right. He couldn't continue to handle everything on his own, especially if he wanted to be an effective ruler. He nodded slowly. "Okay, you're right. Let's start reducing some of my tasks and roles to my subordinates. But we'll do it gradually, so I can get used to the idea."

Shuna and Ciel both smiled, happy that Rimuru had come around to their way of thinking. They knew it would be a positive step for the kingdom, and for Rimuru's own well-being.

Rimuru was initially hesitant to step back and allow his subordinates to become more independent. He had always been very hands-on when it came to running the affairs of the Jura Tempest Federation, and he was worried that his absence might lead to chaos or confusion.

However, Shuna and Ciel had different ideas. They suggested that Rimuru start delegating more responsibilities to his subordinates and slowly step back over time. This would not only allow his subordinates to become more independent, but it would also help Rimuru to reduce his workload and alleviate his stress.

At first, Rimuru was skeptical. He had always been the one in control, and he wasn't sure if he could trust his subordinates to handle things on their own. But with Shuna and Ciel's encouragement, he decided to give it a try.

Over time, Rimuru started to delegate more tasks to his subordinates. He gave them more autonomy and allowed them to make decisions on their own. To his surprise, he found that his subordinates were more than capable of handling things without his constant supervision.

As Tempest became more and more independent, Rimuru found that he had more free time to spend with Shuna and focus on his own personal projects. He was grateful to Shuna and Ciel for their suggestion, as it had allowed him to reduce his stress levels and improve his overall well-being.

In the end, Rimuru realized that he didn't have to be in control all the time. He trusted his subordinates and knew that they would always do what was best for the country. And with Shuna by his side, he knew that anything was possible.
