"let's get wasted!" jimin cheered as he popped a champagne bottle open

"jimin" namjoon grabbed the bottle from jimin, "you've already drank so much"

"so?" he raised an eyebrow, "did you not hear we are all going to die in 2004?"

"jimin, that's a theory" yoongi scoffed, "besides joon, he's only sober"

"for now" jimin let out a snort, "yoongi where's your chick?"

"on break" yoongi scoffed, "she was all psycho anyway" yoongi lied

he didn't want his friends to know she was one who dumped her and they weren't on break. since he had found it embarrassing

"damn" namjoon lowered his brows, "i guess you two just never worked out"

"i guess so" yoongi took a sip from his red solo cup, "jimin did you give that bracelet yet?"

"oh that..." jimin had remembered about the bracelet he left under your tree, "i left it under her tree, i don't know if she opened it"

"isn't she here?" namjoon raised an eyebrow

"she is?" jimin pushed his cup into namjoon's hand, leaving the two

jimin eyed the penthouse he was in, trying to spot you. he noticed a familiar person on the balcony through the window. he twisted the door knob open, seeing you,  your arms were rested on the railing of the balcony

"hey" jimin approached you, his lips curved into a smile

"hi" you noticed the familiar voice

"how's the party been?" jimin questioned you, noticing you were alone, "where's that chick you are always with?"

"okay, mina is up jungkook's ass right now" you sighed, playing with your hair

"nice view" the black haired boy spoke, admiring the view

you look around, "yeah" you noticed how nice everything look from such a high building. los angeles looked so crowded from where you were standing, since people hosted new years parties on the streets and massive crowds would join

"y/n" jimin began, "did you get that present by any chance?"

you noticed he had mentioned the bracelet, you didn't know how to respond to his question
