My thoughts on Rwby

toxic fans/bumble pt2

So last time I talked about toxic fanatic shippers in the rwby community and just toxic fans in general mostly bumblebee shippers. I would also like to address it once again I have no problem with bumblebee as a ship my problem is how it was handled in the show and I believe it was handled poorly because let's be honest rwby doesn't really have the best writing now it doesn't even have good writing sometimes either.

I also stated that while seeing bumblebee be confirmed I felt the entire thing was underwhelming but I didn't understand why but now I do cause I've seen happen in two different ways. What do I mean?

Well firstly there is so much bumblebee art that when they finally kiss in the show it's like why should I care if I basically seen the same thing a bunch of times online with some looking better then the show which again is sad also the kiss it's self was also kind of pointless cause let's be honest yang and Blake were basically already together with how they acted towards each other in the past volumes and they are going same way the next volume.

And secondly the build up and character progression of bumblebee has been done better in other shows legend of Korra, adventure time, and even owl house for example. How do these three shows basically due better relationships then bumblebee? Well when it comes to the legend of Korra korrasami wasn't confirmed until after the show but It was accepted and believable cause we saw their relationship grow not as love interests but as friends and teammates, similar to bubbline while they did have a relationship in the past their relationship was rekindled slowly progressing through out the story which is why their kiss at finale works, the same reason is why I owl house luz and amity work. The reason why these shows succeed where bumblebee failed is because these shows took the time to develop the relationships between their characters in slower dynamic moments and not in scenes of conflict and tension that romantic build up or interaction would seem out of place and also each of these characters went through their own personal story arc with or away from each other not being each other's story arc.
