(For some context: Liu is 26, and Jeff is 19. When Jeff was eleven and Liu was Eighteen, Liu had moved out and didn't speak to/see Jeff for those eight years.)

"You're a monster," Liu said firmly, staring into the sunken in eyes of his little brother. Jeff looked taken aback and then scoffed. "Monster?" He asked, raising a brow. "You have some balls to say that."
"Doesn't take balls to say the truth," Liu snapped. "You're a murderer- you've killed SO many people! Even mom and dad!"
"You think it's all for no reason?" Jeff asked coldly, stalking closer to Liu. "You think I just woke up one day and decided to start doing it for no reason?"
"What's the reason then?" Liu asked, watching as Jeff began to slowly circle him. Jeff tossed his head back a bit as he let out a laugh. "WOW," he said. "How far behind are you?"
"Enlighten me," Liu replied. "I clearly know nothing about what happened, so tell me." Jeff stood in front of Liu after having fully circled him, looking him in the eyes. He then tilted his head, putting on a sickly sweet smile. It caused Liu to cringe due to his gorey mouth. "You left me behind," Jeff said matter of factly. "The second you turned 18, you were gone and didn't do so much as send a fucking letter."
"Jeff-" Liu sighed. "You're really blaming me for this?"
"Oh, no no no," Jeff said, shaking his head as he furrowed his brows. "That's just the beginning." Liu exhaled through his nose, never breaking his eye contact with Jeff. "We moved. I got bullied a lot." Jeff began to circle Liu again, but at a faster pace. "Didn't get help from anybody... sure as hell didn't have my-" Jeff cut himself off, bumping harshly against Liu as he clasped his hands, holding them up to his cheek. "- golden child big brother to help." Liu let out a small scowl, having stumbled. Jeff glared daggers into the back of his head. "I got beaten and set on fire. Isn't that fucking CRAZY? I should have died that night, but I didn't."
"Unfortunately," Liu mumbled, but Jeff was able to hear him. Hearing his brother, someone he had looked up to and had begged to see for the past eight years, speak so crudely towards him. He ignored the pain in his heart, continuing to walk. "I killed mom and dad...not for no reason. They didn't care. They didn't help me." Liu stayed silent as his green eyes followed Jeff. "That's what made you kill them?" Liu asked. "You got set on fire and I didn't send you letters, so you killed them?" Jeff laughed slightly.
"You misunderstand the point," Jeff said softly, looking at Liu again. He then stepped closer, Liu stepping back a bit. "While you were busy being praised, I was just a background character." Liu could see the tears begin to gloss over Jeff's eyes. "I was on standby even when I did the same things you did. A's on report cards? 'Come on, Jeff. We're taking LIU out to celebrate! LIU did so well on his chores!' Liu, Liu, fUCKING LIU!" Jeff roughly shoved Liu, causing the brunette to come into contact harshly with the ground beneath them. Liu looked up at him, seeing that tears began to stream down his face
"Why was it always YOU ?!" Jeff shrieked, clenching his fists. Liu was too taken aback to respond. Jeff hiccupped slightly, digging his nails into his palms. "Even after you left, I was told to do better! That I was never good enough! And you think I did all of this over letters and fire?!" Liu's mouth fell agape, tears beginning to sting his eyes. "J-Jeff-". Jeff watched Liu as he searched for words. "I-I'm sorry." Jeff let out a shaky breath, shaking his head. "Eight years too late." He sniffled, wiping his cheeks with his bloodied sleeve. "You're lucky Slender's covering your ass...or I'd make you see mom and dad." Liu's eyes widened, watching as Jeff turned on his heel and disappear into the forest.
