Karl and Sapnap's friendship had only grown stronger since their night cuddled up on the couch during the thunderstorm. They still didn't talk about their feelings for each other, but they both knew there was something more there.

One night, they decided to invite their friends Dream, GeorgeNotFound, and Quackity over for a group hangout. They all settled in, ordering takeout and picking out an anime to watch together.

As they watched the show, Karl couldn't help but steal glances at Sapnap sitting beside him on the couch. He wanted nothing more than to wrap his arms around him and hold him close, but he didn't want to make it too obvious in front of their friends.

He tried to distract himself by engaging in the conversation with the group, but his thoughts kept drifting back to Sapnap. He wondered if Sapnap was feeling the same way he was, or if he was just imagining things.

As the night went on, Karl's desire to cuddle with Sapnap only grew stronger. He kept coming up with excuses to brush against him, like reaching for the popcorn bowl they were sharing or adjusting the blanket they were sharing.

Sapnap seemed to be oblivious to Karl's subtle attempts at physical touch, but Karl couldn't help but feel like he was getting closer and closer to revealing his true feelings.

Eventually, the anime they were watching came to an end, and they all settled back into the couch to chat and catch up. Karl felt a pang of disappointment that the show was over, as it meant he wouldn't have an excuse to be close to Sapnap anymore.

But then, to his surprise, Sapnap leaned over and rested his head on Karl's shoulder. Karl's heart skipped a beat, and he tried to hide the smile that was threatening to spread across his face.

He put his arm around Sapnap, holding him close and feeling his warmth against his side. The others in the group didn't seem to notice, too absorbed in their conversation, and Karl felt a sense of relief that he wasn't being too obvious.

As the night wore on, Karl and Sapnap remained cuddled up on the couch, lost in their own world of unspoken attraction. They didn't talk about their feelings, but they didn't need to. The way they were holding each other said it all.

For Karl, the night with his friends had been a revelation. He realized that he didn't have to hide his feelings for Sapnap, that there was a chance that they could be something more.

But he also knew that it would take time, that they needed to figure out what they wanted before they could take that leap. For now, he was content to cuddle up with Sapnap and enjoy the feeling of being close to the person he loved.
