A silence, the three not saying a word as the radio quietly played music in the background, Yoongi sitting on the backseat besides Jimin who kept looking a bit awkward around.

It only took a sight of Jin to finally get a reaction from the omega.

"You're annoyed aren't you?" the omega asked, crossing his arms as he looked at Jin who tried to focus on driving.

"No no.."

"You are."

"I'm not."

"You definitely are! Are you upset that I fought those guys off!? Is that your problem now!?"

"No! That's not why I am annoyed!" Jin quickly said, looking a second back to them.

"So you are annoyed! Just tell me why now." The omega spoke and leant a bit forward towards the older.

"I probably should've thought about this beforehand.. An omega who has an attitude and an beta who is an idol, that simply screams trouble."

"trouble? I wasn't the one who started that bullshit! They tried to-"

"I know, I know! But that's not what I mean Yoongi. You didn't exactly do anything wrong, it's just that we should be more careful when you two go out together. Like think about where you go, and where the safest place is for something like this not to happen."

Another silence, Yoongi leaning back and then looking back at Jimin who yet hadn't said a single word.

".. You're alright..? Let's go to your room tonight to sleep there. I'm tired from beating up those idiots." Yoongi mumbled, grabbing the betas hand to hold it.

A small nod and once the car stopped the omega already pulled the beta along.
Yoongis priority now really seemed to be Jimin, because even when Jungkook walked by the omega didn't even shot him an glance instead just going in jimins room and shutting the door close.

It definitely wasn't to jimins dislike.
Being taken care of by Yoongi somehow.
Perhaps a natural instinct?
Neither Yoongi nor Jimin was sure.

The omega cuddling onto the beta the whole night, only grumbling a bit when the lights got turned on by Hoseok.

"Jiminie it's time to get up, you're gonna be late if you-"

"Hoseok be quiet.." Yoongi mumbled, looking at the alpha near the door.

"But he-"

"Quiet. Go out now."

The alpha looking a little confused but just doing as told while shaking his head a bit.

Concert preparations, Yoongi joining in and mostly staying besides the beta like some kind of lap dog.

Someone getting too close to the beta and Yoongi would shoot them a glare.
It really seemed as if his protection instinct just was on full blast.

Not as strong as an alphas protection instinct but still an good amount that seemed untypical for the omega.

At home it didn't seem very different.
Still holding Jimins hand, joining the beta at most stuff and keeping close to him until the next day when finally one of the others pointed it out.

".. Aren't you clinging onto him a bit much? How about you join me today?" Namjoon asked, only for Yoongi to shake his head and then cross his arms.

"I am not clingy. I am just.. Hanging out? I am trying to make him comfortable again and that's it" Yoongi tried to explain even though he himself wasn't too sure if that was the reason why.

A look towards the table where jimin sat down and started to eat, Jungkook joining him.

"Here. You didn't drink yet anything this morning" Yoongi mumbled, putting a bottle down in front of the beta who peacefully Was eating his cereal.

"Mhm.. How about you join Namjoon for today?"

"But you-"

"I'm fine baby.. I do have to work for myself on some things." Jimin spoke and then rubbed through Yoongis hair.

"He's treating him like he's his pup or something. That's so unfair."

"like his pup? So jimin is being treated like a baby?" Jin asked a bit unsure as he looked at Jungkook who slowly nodded his head.

"Yes! Yoongi hyung cuddles him and he holds hands and only gives him attention now.. Thats totally unfair hyung!"

"..perhaps.. It's a natural instinct of his after what happened..? I'm not sure either, but I'm sure it'll stop soon."

They all hoped for the omega to stop that behavior, though even inside the office besides Namjoon the omega seemed to be caught up in his phone texting Jimin.

The alpha snatching his phone, the smaller now looking a bit annoyed at Namjoon until the taller pulled him on his lap.

"You're texting jimin still? Isn't he busy?"

"He's in his break.. I didn't ask him yet if he-" Yoongi started to speak trying to snatch his phone back, though Namjoon shook his head and put it somewhere where the omega couldn't reach it.

"Yoongi come on. Focus on me for a second. Jimin is fine. You don't have to keep taking care of him like a baby."

"I'm not taking care of him! I'm just checking if-"

"You know what just stop thinking about him for one minute. You get your phone back once we're home."

"But I-"

A finger on his lips, Namjoon shaking his head a bit and the omega letting out a small displeased grumble, crossing his arms as he leant against the taller and tried to get on other thoughts.

"We're back" Namjoon said a bit louder, taking off his shoes whilst Yoongi already walked off to his room only to be stopped by two arms around his waist and a kiss being pushed on his cheek.

"Finally~ gosh did I miss your pretty face."

Yoongi blinking a few times as he finally realized that Taehyung had ended his rut.

A whole week without the alpha and now Yoongi saw him again not once having thought about the alpha because of all this drama.

It was still a bit relieving to finally see Taehyung again however. He did miss the alpha a little.

"..You smell weird."

"Mhm.. I used Jins body wash because I couldn't find anything else." Taehyung chuckled, putting his hands on the omegas cheeks and quickly stealing a kiss.

"So what did I miss?" Taehyung asked, sipping his drink as he sat on the couch, Yoongi on his lap, Jungkook, Namjoon and Hoseok looking at each other before looking back at Taehyung.

"A lot." Hoseok mumbled, Namjoon nodding his head before Jungkook started to Sum everything up.

"Hobi hyung scared Yoongi hyung, then
Yoongi hyung got scolded for running off late, Hyungs also soon have their next concert, then Hobi and Yoongi hyung went on a date and mated, Jin Hyung is still somehow stressed out, Jiminie got harassed by some guys and Yoongi hyung beat them up and now you're finally back!"

A silence, Taehyung just looking a bit wide eyed around not too sure what to say as he took anything in.

".. Okay.. I really want some fried chicken now." Taehyung randomly said, the three alphas looking a bit irritated at this reaction though at least the male wasn't complaining about anything or got upset.

Ordering chicken and food, the guys having a blast and Yoongi finally being distracted from Jimin since Taehyungs return.
