We walk down the stairs and the street all the way back to my house, once i opened the door my mom shouted from the kitchen.

"Back so soon?"

"Yea i brought Finn."

I shouted back.

Foot steps are heard coming in our direction as me and Finn take off our shoes, my mom apears in the door way.

"Hi Finn! you seem tierd, is everything okay?"

"Yea, just some stuff came up thats all."

"Okay, tell me if you need anything!"

She walks away as we go up to my room.
I open the door as Finn throws himself on my bed, i sit down next to him.

"Whats up with you?"

Finn sighs.

"Everything, man. First my parents are back and now Zace is at the hospital. Jay got in a fight with his close friends and now im just confused."

He hides his face in my pillow, i lay next to him.
He lifts his head to look at me, thats when i realized his eyes were quite cool.
Hus right eye was blue while the left one was brown.
I see his face heat up as he pulls the pillow back to his face, i turn my head to look at the ceiling.

"Yea i heard briefly about what happened, i dont really care."

"You should, all those pepole tried to help you."

"Yea i guess so."

We lay in silence, it wasnt an akward silence it was comfortable.

"Are you staying for dinner?"

"Can i?"

"Yea, obviously."

I chuckle a little.

"Whaat?"

I turn my head to look at him.

"Nothing, i just thought it was a little funny how you thought you werent welcomed to eat here."

He lifts his head off the pillow.

"So i am?"

"Yes, my mom likes you too much to let you starve. She was worried about you, you know?"

"Really?"

"Yea, me too honestly. Not having you around at school got boring fast."

I turn my head away, after a few seconds he hugged me on my left side.
My face heated up, im not used to pepole touching me at all.
I looked down at him.

"Whats that for?"

"Thank you, pink boy."

"For what?"

He burried his face into my side.

"I dont know."

I laughed a little.
Soon after, a knock was heard at my door.
Finn jumped off me and glued himself to the wall as far away from me as possible.

"Yea?"

I yelled.
The door opens to reveal my mother.
She looks at me with a very suspicious smile.

"Dinners ready!"

"Okay we'll come down."

She leaves the room and closes the door behind her.
I turn around and look at Finn, he let out a sigh.

"What are you nervous about it was just my mom."

"I know but still."

He looks away.
