Meet the family

"You finally arrived" he said opening the door "sorry training went on longer than I expected" I say walking in taking my shoes off "are they here" I ask "yeah they are just in there" he says waiting for my to take my coat off "I'm nervous still" I say "don't be you will be fine" he says wrapping his arm around you and leading you to the living room

"This is lily" he says as we walk in. This women which I presume is his mum walks over to me giving me the biggest hug "it's so lovely to meet you we have heard loads about you" she says with a bright smile "good things I hope" I say with a slight laugh and she chuckles

"Hi I'm Aurora pablos sister" she says also hugging me "hi I love your outfit" I say complimenting her "thankyou you are so gorgeous your self" she says and I instantly smile

"I'm pablos dad it's so nice to meet you" he says giving me a quick hug "it's great to meet you to Pablo is always telling me story's about you guys" I say

I go and sit myself next to Pablo and he seems super happy

"So you play for the women's team" his dad asks "yeah I moved in the summer transfer window" I tell them "ah yes I saw a lot about you they call you the prodigy of women's football" he says and I let out a slight laugh unsure of what to say

"She has a game tomorrow night me and Pablo torre where going to go" pablo says and I get confused because I'm not to sure who he is. "Yeah we will go too if that's okay" his mum says looking at me "yeah obviously" i say

"I'm going to go check on the lasagne I'll be back in a second do you wanna come help" Pablo says looking at me "yeah sure" I say getting up and I follow him into the kitchen.

"They definitely like you" he says placing his hands on my shoulders "I'm not sure I felt like they maybe didn't" I say "no they definitely did like my dad has never spoken that much to any of my friends" he says "really" i say with a slight smile "yes" he says bringing me into a hug and we stay like that for a few minutes

"The lasagnes gonna burn if we stay like this any longer" I giggle my head still on his chest "I'm not that hungry anyway" he chuckles "well I am starving" I say moving away "nooo your no fun" he moans "I am when I'm not hungry" I say getting the oven gloves and taking the lasagne out

"Are you gonna stand there looking pretty or actually help me" I ask him "I enjoy standing here better" he laughs and I grab his arm bringing him over. "I'm going to get drinks you can plate it up" I say while walking over to the cupboard and getting 5 glasses out "what drinks do you think they want" I ask "there is a bottle of wine in the fridge get that and I'll just have coke" he says and I grab it and walk out going to set the table. As I start to walk out i over hear a conversation.

"They are perfect for eachother they really balance eachother out , she's very mature and will definitely put him in his place when needs be" Aurora says "I agree and you could tell how nervous she was to meet us it was so sweet" his mum says "yeah I think she's nice and Pablo definitely likes her" his dad says "I'm just confused wether they're dating or not" he adds "I don't think so but he definitely is into her even if he won't admit it" Aurora says and that when I decided to walk in

"Pablos just serving it up" I say with a smile walking over to the dining table and placing out glasses and cutlery "it smells great" his sister says "he made it not me which suprised me as I didn't think he could even make toast" I say and they laugh "he must of wanted to impress you guys" I add "or you" Aurora mumbles under her breath

"Bon a petit" Pablo says placing the last plate down and sitting next to you. "This is really nice" his dad says taking a bite "yes it's lovely I can't believe you actually made it" his mum says "I've got many skills you guys don't know about" he chuckles

"You could always stay" he whispers as I've just told him I should head back "I need my full 9 hours and you wake me up by kicking me when I'm with you" I smile "ugh alright but tomorrow you have to" he says "maybe" I say getting up

"I'm going to go now but it was lovely meeting you all" I say and his mum and sister hug me and I go into the hallway "text me when you're home" Pablo says "alright dad" I say rolling my eyes
