BREAKING DISCOVERY
Subject CRACKLE has been found to conduct electricity at will, and is able to have electricity pass through him from another source without pain or anything being fried in the process.
Electricity is able to be passed from his brain, through his veins and out wherever he focuses on the most. Simply speaking, he's able to command electricity practically from his fingertips.
CRACKLE mainly uses this ability to protect subject SHEEP from any threats or potential mates. He had always been a "big brother" figure towards her. Unfortunately, we had to find out the hard way that his ability can also be used to cause power outages. Because of the "Lights Out" incident, Ms. Wanda granted him the nickname "Power failure".

Subject CRACKLE has also been nipping the other subjects with shocks to get reactions out of them, which caused him to be bitten by MIME as a delayed response.
