Luffy lately felt... weird, actually it only happened sometimes, and he still couldn't say how and when it happened, but it was still very weird.

It all started in his stomach, an ice rose in his belly and a strange feeling as if there were butterflies flying inside his stomach landing and flying non-stop in his belly, but he is absolutely sure that he didn't eat any butterflies. Then it went to his chest, his heart beat faster and for a millisecond it seemed to be hit by something like an arrow and pulsing harder, and the blood that was pulsing by his heart rose with greater amount to his face, as if he was with a fever but Luffy never gets sick.

Other symptoms that started to appear was; anxiety, trembling, stuttering, difficulty concentrating, difficulty thinking, restlessness, mania of moving his hands, holding his hat more often, sudden anger, all that was very strange, especially for Luffy, who besides being unusual for his personality he had no idea what it could be, or what triggered it, as it only occurred at specific times that he still couldn't say.

"Chopper, I don't know what's wrong with me, but I know there is! I get nervous, I start shaking, my heart is racing, my stomach feels weird, I don't know what else to do!!!" The brunette complained to the blue-nosed reindeer who was his ship's doctor. He was wearing a lab coat, a stethoscope around his shoulders and holding a clipboard and pen in his paws as he listened intently about the symptoms Luffy was listing. He nodded his head showing that he understood.

"Stomach problems, racing heart, anxiety, red face, sudden anger... let's run some tests." Chopper said as he climbed onto the stretcher Luffy was sitting on, he checked his heartbeat, "Everything's normal." He took out some of Luffy's saliva and analyzed it, nothing out of the ordinary. He questioned Luffy if he felt something in his stomach, Luffy stated he was just hungry. "Luffy, are you sure this isn't just hunger?" Chopper crossed his arms and looked at Luffy with a slightly annoyed look.

Luffy placed his hand on his chin as if he was thinking deeply, "Yeah. Maybe I'm just hungry." He said as he pondered over, is it really just hunger? Chopper then asked Sanji to prepare some meat for Luffy and soon the captain began to eat like a man on death row at his last meal in the infirmary.
"Do you feel anything now?" Chopper asked, "No, nothing!" Luffy replied with his mouth full, Chopper sighed a little relieved, "So it was just hunger." Chopper then went back to doing his meds, his steps making cute noises as he walked.

Luffy left the infirmary already chewing the bone of the meat he was eating, he walked to the stairs and as soon as he looked down on the grassy deck, there was Usopp and (Y/n) fishing, sitting on the railing, fishing rod in hand, and Usopp humming a random song.

"Usopp, can you stop this singing? It's annoying already." (Y/n) complained to big nose, already unable to bear him singing in their ears, "Don't interrupt the great Captain Usopp! I'm practicing my musical talent!" He cleared his throat and started singing again. Veins bulging on (Y/n)'s forehead and hands as they seethed with rage, they gave Usopp a light push, and he did the same. (Y/n) pushed him again, and Usopp returned it.
And so they started a shoving brawl, which escalated to slaps, punches and kicks.
