Everyone had arrived, the house was the busiest I've ever seen it. I expected Susanna and my mum to freak out but surprisingly they were enjoying it, but they were also very drunk.

"Ok but she really did that?" I ask Conrad who laid on the deck chair next to mine. "Yes! She said she took my phone because she didn't trust me, then she found out what my password was trying to find something." He laughs a little before taking a sip of his beer.

"And did she?" I ask taking a sip of my own. "The most incriminating thing on my phone was a message from my phone company saying I couldn't pay my last bill." I crack up laughing, it was good to know he was loyal in relationships.

Not that we were going to be in a relationship but knowing more about him made me realise all the stuff I hadn't when we hated each other.

"Guys we're going to the beach for a bit, you guys coming?" GiGi asks, I look to Conrad who shrugs. "Yeah why not." I stand up following and so does Conrad. Before we do I grab a bottle of vodka and cranberry juice quickly to take it to the beach.

We get to the beach, the sun shining brightly. We all sit in a circle as music plays quietly from a speaker Nicole brought with her. "Drinks anyone?" I wiggle my eyebrows as everyone cheers. I grab the cups Conrad brought over as I start filling them up and handing them out.

Shayla puts her arms out and I sit down on her lap as she wraps her hands around me. "Hello Smelly Ellie." Jeremiah with a big smile turns to me, booping my nose. "Someone's drunk." I giggle as he laughs as well.

"Who's up for a game of never have I ever?" Nicole asks as everyone agrees. "GiGi you go first." GiGi looks around the group smiling mischievously.

"Never have I ever been skinny dipping in the ocean." Me, Nicole, GiGi and Shayla all drink. "What Ellie!" Belly gasps in shock.

"We were very drunk and it was late at night." I giggle. "Ok Jeremiah you go next." Gigi says as Jeremiah thinks. "Never have a ever had a threesome." Jeremiah is the only one who drinks.

"Classy Jere." Nicole rolls her eyes. "What I play for both teams!" He shrugs before looking at me. I think of a question to try get anyone other than me to drink.

"Never have a I ever smoked weed." I knew I hadn't but a lot of people in the group had. Conrad, Jeremiah, Steven, GiGi and Nicole drink. Nicole looks to Conrad with a sad look. I forgot the first time she smoked was with him.

"Ok Taylor you go." I turn to her as she lifts her head up, surprised someone's asked her. "Never have I ever slept with someone at cousins."

Nicole, Shayla, Steven, GiGi, Jeremiah and Conrad all take a sip, I lift mine up taking a quick sip. "Um Ellie we need all the tea?" Nicole wiggles her eyebrows.

I look quickly to Conrad, he holds his gaze for a second before looking away. "Just some boy I met at the bonfire." I shrug. "Ok well Nicole you go." Taylor carries on.

"Never have I ever had sex with someone in this circle." I couldn't drink. Steven was my brother, cam was my sisters boyfriend, GiGi had a crush on Jeremiah, Nicole is Conrad's ex and who was belly's childhood crush. I couldn't say anything.

Nicole, GiGi, Shayla, Steven, Jeremiah and Conrad drink. "Never have I ever had sex with two people from this circle." Nicole adds. Jeremiah and Conrad both take a sip. What the hell where they playing at?! GiGi also took a sip and Steven as well.

"Um GiGi?!" Luckily no one noticed Jere and Conrad taking a sip. "Me and Steven two years ago, he was my first. I was going to tell you guys eventually but then Shayla started to like him, I didn't want to make things complicated." She says as we all laugh.

"I can't believe you and Steven." Jere shakes his head smiling. "Um you also drank twice, I know we've slept together but who's the second one?"

The group goes silent waiting for an answer, it went silent, only the sound of the music playing could be heard. "Next question." Jere says awkwardly. "And you Connie who's the second?" Gigi turns to him as he looks to me.

Everyone waited for answer but I quickly shake my head to Conrad with a serious look on my face. He nods his head subtly, I felt better. But I turn to Jere who starts to open his mouth while looking at me.

"Never have I ever gone in the ocean in my clothes on Belly's birthday!?" I shout standing up as everyone directs they're attention towards me. "Is this a dare?" Steven says standing up with me.

"Last one to the sea pays for the next group takeaway?" I bet as Steven pretends to think before running to the sea, eventually everyone getting up and running.

They're was a rise of giggles as we all run to the ocean. Steven pushes me back as I trip over. "Cheater!" I laugh as Conrad walk over helping me up before we both sprint together luckily not being They're last. We hit the cool ocean as I jump into the deep end.

"Haha Cam was last!" Belly laughs as he goes over to her dunking her into the water before pulling her up and kissing her quickly. We swim around in the water, all talking and laughing but soon the sun sets.

"Guys the foods ready!" My dad shouts as we all make our way back to the house curled up on towels we brought down with us. Me and Belly shared a towel as we head over to the food grabbing a burger each.

"So good birthday?" I ask her as she immediately nods her head. "Amazing, I don't want it to end." She giggles. "We've still got loads of time don't worry." Invite my burger as Taylor walks over.

"I'm gonna go see cam I'll see you later." Belly waves goodbye leaving me and Taylor alone. "Enjoying today?" I ask as she nods her head slowly. "You we're awfully quiet at the beach earlier." Her eyes squint, she tilts her head looking at me.

"Do I need to talk every moment of every day?" I roll my eyes putting my burger down. "Why so defensive Ellie, what are you hiding?" I turn to her as we stare at each other. Taylor always knew everyone's business and read people like an open book. It's a stale mate between us both.

"So which one was it Ellie? Jeremiah or Conrad, or was it both?" She grins evilly. "This is Belly's birthday, you already ruined one party of hers, don't ruin this one." I warn as she laughs moving closer towards me.

"Answer the question, it's a simple question, was it Jeremiah or Conrad?"

"You're crazy, are you interrogating any of the other girls? Thought not, just leave alone." I scoff walking away from her feeling anger and guilt rise in my throat.

"Hey there superstar!" My dad shouts me over but I couldn't talk. My throat was closing up, tears sting my eyes, I felt sick and faint. "Ellie?" My mum says concerned. I walk into the house as fast as possible. I head upstairs before I drop to the ground, hyperventilating as tears spill from my eyes with no warning.

I hated this feeling, speaking to Taylor made me question everything. How long could I keep both these secrets up?

If I tell people about Jeremiah, it hurts Conrad but if I tell them about Conrad, I hurt not only one of my closest friends but also belly. What have I done?!
