I walk into my room and I see Liv texting someone. "Hey Liv who are you texting?" "I am texting Thomas." "I thought you two hated each other." "Mom says that we should try being friends."
Hours later
I am texting Diggie
Hey
Hi
Did you hear that Liv and Thomas are trying to be friends
Yes
Do you think it is going to work out
As long as they are trying their hardest I think it will work. Do you guys want to come over tomorrow for dinner.
Sure
The next day
We walk up to the Smalls' house and knock on the door. Their mother opens the door. "Hey Amy" my mom says. We walk in and sit in the living room while the adults go into the kitchen to cook dinner. "Hey Maddie" Diggie says. "Thomas and Y/n walk down the stairs. "Hey Y/n. Hey Thomas." Liv says. "Hey Liv" Thomas and Y/n say at the same time. "Artie will not be joining us tonight because he is in school right now working on a project for culinary class."Diggie says. "Maddie I have something I wanted to ask you" "what's up?" I ask. "Will you be my date to the upcoming school dance?" "Yes."
