a safe word is something that shifters do/say when they leave their dr. For example; saying Jumanji and clapping your hands three times. You do not need a safe word, but it is best to have one.
A time ratio is the difference in time between this reality, and your dr. It is normally structured like this:
1 week (dr) = 1 hour (cr)
—I recommend the example above for a time ratio, after shifting you will feel tired, and your tiredness can increase if you have a higher time ratio.(1yr(dr)=1hr(cr))
