I stared at the screen. It's a photo of me sleeping in her bed the night Nick brough a girl into the house for the first time
Her bare thighs were on the bottom of the photo proving she was kneeling when she took it
It's not like I'm complaining, it just proves she likes me more than I thought even tho it's kind of creepy
I turned off the phone and told her the direction to the restaurant

I couldn't take my eyes off Sky the whole time we were eating.
Why would she put me on her homescreen? Doesn't she have anyone else that deserves to be there?
"Yo" Ray bumped into me with his leg under the table "don't be too obvious" he whispered. I rolled my eyes and took another bite of my food
I knew James knew I'm looking at her all the time because he's sitting right next to her telling her some funny stories from Arizona. Such an asshole
My phone ringing made me take my eyes off of her. I looked at my sister's cute face before picking up
"Yeah baby?" I stood up and waited for everyone to made some space for me to walk away
"Tom?" A scared voice said from the other side
"Mike?" I looked at Sky who immediately looked at me. I nodded my head to make her come "Mike what happened, where is Avery" when Sky was next to me, I took her by her hand and walked out of the restaurant before putting the phone on speaker
"I- I brought some candies and she started to caugh. I don't know what to do" Sky's brother sobbed on the other side
"Is she breathing?!" Walked from place to place
"Y-yes, we ate the candies few minutes ago I don't know what happened" another sob
"Michael what candies were they?" I bit the inside of my cheek
"I- I don't know they were green and-"
"Was it kiwi?"
"I- think so"
"Fuck.fuck.fuck!" I tried to breathe. Sky was just standing next to me completely frozen "Mike I need you to call your parents okay? Call your parents I'll call the ambulance. Where are you now?"
"My house"
"Okay, end this call and call your parents" I waited until he hungs up before dialing 911
"Hello, Holland. My kid got allergic reaction to kiwi. She is eight and is with eleven year old. No one else is home. The address is-" I looked at Sky
"Longstreet 705" she said into the phone
"We are on our way Mr Holland. We will inform you about the details" the calm lady said and hung up making me breathe out
"Shit, shit, shit" I walked towards the parking lot near just to walk back with Sky in tail "I have to go home...I- I have to make sure she's okay"
"Tom!" Sky shouted and held me by my cheeks "the help is on their way, she will be okay it was just a candy" she assured me but it didn't help at all
"What if they won't make it on time. W-what if she will die. She can't die Sky, she is the only one who remained in my life" I felt tears falling from my eyes
