OP 3

An audible gasp can be heard behind a rebreather as the vision blurs at the sudden rush of energy in her body. She feels a warm liquid around her body, though she can't feel her arm... or even her legs. Her eyes widen at the haunting memories of her body being mauled by the plague of her world only to remember the strange creature that offers her survival.

As her vision clears she notices she is in some kind of tube filled with a green liquid, before she spots something on the other side of the tube. She focuses on the thing and notices an individual in a red cloak with metal cat ears. The figure was looking at some kind of tablet before going some controls in front of them. Metallic claw hands start tapping controls at breathtaking speed, before it stops. It looks up showing a feline skull with green leans under the hood.

An audible scream of shock is heard as the figure returns to work. As it does so, the view moves away from the woman's perspective to show something at the bottom of the tube. A single word was there, Aestas.

Ruby wakes up in a panic. As she clenches her hand to her chest, her breathing returns to a more calming breath. "The hell is going on with these dreams?" She said to herself as she gets out of bed and heads to the dresser. After picking up her outfit she starts to remember yesterday's events.

After answering the questions that everyone had for Grim, everyone headed to their own devices. Yang and Neo went out to a training room that basically makes two hours in there is one with everyone else. At first the reason was because Yang wanted payback on the mute, but whatever happened in there, they became really close.

Weiss and Blake decided to hit the library to do some research on the world where the story setting is placed, Ren joined in after stuffing Nora with some food to hold her till dinner. After Yang and Neo's match, Pyrrha took Jaune in for training for 2 hours leaving Jaune a sweating mess. Coco found a room full of fashion, she grabbed both Velvet and Penny to try out some of the clothes. According to Penny, she had a wonderful time doing what "Girlfriends" do, though that was mainly due to Penny's lack of social skills thanks to Ironwood. Sun was being Sun, doing things that made him look like a fool. Sienna was another case, it seems that Grim was giving the Highleader some info about something important to her.

Ruby walks out of the door in a large black shirt with CRME in white over a black tank top, black jeans and the brown leather jacket she won "yesterday". When she steps out she sees everyone else in a new outfit.

Weiss is wearing a black tank top under a white open long sleeve shirt, white shorts with black leggings that reach her lower thighs and a blue crystal with bronze frame necklace. Blake has a white yet flowery kimono with the lower half being black. Yang in a black jacket with her emblem in the middle and blue jeans. Jaune has an open blue hoodie over a white shirt and pants. Nora in a light pink long sleeve turtle neck with a peach skirt and black stockings. Pyrrha has a Pumpkin Pete Hoodie with shorts and leggings. Ren has a Green shirt with black sleeves and white pants.

Coco found a brown short sleeve dress that reached her mid things while wearing the belt like she normally does. Velvet has a brown top to light brown blouse, dark brown jeans and a brown and tan scarf. Sun is still wearing the same clothes as before. Neo has a black long sleeve button down shirt under a white and pink jersey jacket with tight black pants with a white belt. Sienna has a red tank top and white jeans.

Though the sitting has changed such as Neo and Yang are next to each other and the blonde isn't trying to kill the mute and Penny is next to Coco and Velvet talking to each other. Other than that, everyone else is sitting where they were "yesterday".

The door to the other room opens to reveal a new individual enter. The individual has a similar physical form as Grim but that was where the similarities ended. He has fair skin, messy red hair with sideburns, though his eyes are red they lack the black scleras. He then speaks. "Alright, so I know you have questions. But long story short, I'm no longer that abomination FEV Grim. Now I'm now the Crimson Weresloth."

"Crimson Weresloth?" Ruby looks at her host in confusion.

"Again, it's a long story. But the short version is I'm no longer Grim, I'm Crimson now." Crimson said. "Any questions?" Everyone raised their hands only for Crimson to play the video. "Great, let's begin."

Play "Strike Back" by BACK-ON

(Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Strike back.)

Six and Ruby stand in front of the Lucky 38 as it opens before showing the top of said build glowing bright blinding the screening.

Shows an overhead shot of the Strip.

The viewers start getting pumped up at the first second.

(Your odds are slim. The walls are thin, caving' in. But there is still a way, you see. In just one mere percent of chance. There's possibility.)

Caesar looked over his cheering men as he raised a sheet of paper. Six and Ruby walk the wasteland with their current and future companions who are covered in shadows.

At first there were some growls at the legion while gaining some confused looks from the newcomers. But it shifted at the sight of the at the campions, this leads to everyone trying to see who it is before it changes.

(I won't sit back and accept the hand we are dealt. A fate that's thrown out by someone else. There is still a future I can see. One hope you'll share with me.)

It then jumps to a red head tending to some bighorners which a calf feeds off her hand. The turns to a ginger looking over some artillery cannons before being tackled by a bunch of kids.

Pyrrha perked up at seeing the red head and almost cooed at the calf. While Nora laughs at the sight of a bunch of kids tackled at the one she assumes is her, which everyone joined in on.

(Bring it on! Cause I just wanna grow up in the battle. Hey, pushing past the limit I'm still burnin' with fire. And for our future I am fighting. I gotta drown this nightmare. And ain't nobody gonna stop me.)

Shows the leaders of minor factions of the Mojave as the panel goes up it shows Motor-Runner and Alice McLafferty at the bottom, The King, Pearl and Julie Farkas in the middle with Marcus at the top. Starts showing Deathclaws, Nightstalkers and Cazador over dead bodies.

Though seeing the leaders did help the RWBY and JNPR with the leadership in the wasteland it just leaves questions. But it changed as soon as they saw the Mojave's most dangerous predators.

(Forget the past 'cause we're livin' in the present. I ain't scared of my past and now in fact. Forever I'm screaming out for my pride!)

Ruby is shown her current self before shifting to a more evil looking Ruby. Six and Ruby leading their companions at a group of Legionaries.

"Okay, what just happened to me?" Ruby asks with a concerned voice Blake look at the reaper in concern. Sienna took notice and decided to keep a closer eye on the former student.

(Now I never wanna see you cry. I will be screaming 'till you find the way. I'm never falling down. I'll keep on soaring straight on through my destiny.)

A teardrop falls before showing Six wiping away some blood from his face with a piss off look. Jaune is seen next to a ghoul in a jumpsuit as Ren is next to Boone and Weiss with Veronica as Six and ED-E fires away at their enemies.

(And I gotta keep your smile bright. I'll give my everything to find the way. I gotta burn off the pain for you and me. So now the rest of me can rest in peace. Now I'll strike back.)

Ruby is seen lay on the ground with smiling tears as a hand reaches out for hers. The minor faction symbols show up with fire behind. Weiss is in the middle as both Yang is on her left and Blake on her right, before showing Blake looking up. Ruby is seen with her eyes glowing with a determined look.

"Does that mean we are going to see the gang back together now?" Yang turns to Crimson.

"Nope." Crimson smiled as he did his best Ruby impersonation. "But really, there is one more thing I think you will be watching before seeing the arc."
