Team RWBY has fought their way to the center of the plaza but find themselves surrounded by Grimm just waiting for an opportunity to strike

(Y/n):
Just making sure, but nobody is feeling overwhelmed, right?

Weiss:
Of course not.

Ruby:
Yeah, we got this.

Yang:
We are the bomb, after all.

Blake:
We are quite impressive.

(Y/n):
Good. I'm going to help evacuate, crowd control, and damage control. Don't do anything stupid.

Ruby:
Right!

A King Tijitu roars as the Grimm charges. (Y/n) launches herself back to the cave and cave it in to stop any additional Grimm from entering the city before running to create walls and quarantine the outbreak to just this part of the city

Ruby leaps into the fray, stabbing her scythe into the ground and knocking away Grimm with a spinning kick. Yang uses a Beowolf as a spring and blows many of the Grimm with her explosive shells, only to be struck from behind by a Nevermore

Yang:
Ahhh!

Before she can hit the ground, (Y/n) lifts herself with a pillar and catches Yang

(Y/n):
I could have sworn that I said not to do anything stupid.

(Y/n) puts Yang down as she makes (W/n) into a harpoon and throws it at the Nevermore as it caws in pain before handing the string to Yang

Yang:
Heh, sorry.

She pulls the Nevermore towards her and punches it square in the face and returning (W/n) to (Y/n)

(Y/n):
Just be more careful, sweetheart. Get ready.

She claps her hands and touches the pillar before both of them leap off, and the pillar falls onto a pack of Grimm

Yang:
Sweetheart?

(Y/n):
Shut up. Pet names are weird.

The two return to the fight

Blake focuses on Grimm off on their own and shoots down packs that approach her with lethal accuracy. Weiss nimbly avoids the Grimms attacks while also finishing them with elegant efficiency

Ruby cuts through another pack of Beowolves when King Tijitu roars at her, causing her to hesitate. It begins to pounce when a boom off in the distance catches everyone's attention

Nora:
Noooooooraaaa...

Nora comes into the view flying in on her hammer before bringing it down on the King Tijitu, forcing it to the ground

Nora:
SMASH!

She leaps away from the impact as the rest of Team JNPR joins her

Pyrrha:
Let's go!

She, Nora, and Ren jump into the fight while Jaune takes a moment to shake his head and sigh before joining his team. Nora smacks smaller Grimm away and into buildings while smashing larger ones into the ground. Ren acrobatically leaps over Grimm while slicing through them

Jaune:
Okay, who's first? I'm ready.

An Ursa leaps over to him, and he slowly turns to face it before backing away

Jaune:
O-ho-ho-kay... Yeah, this is fine. Yeah, I've done this before.

Pyrrha easily pierces and kills Grimm back to back before spotting the situation Jaune is in. He braces himself and yells as he delivers several slashes to the Ursa that falls onto its back a moment after, and Jaune breathes a sigh of relief
