"So Jaune during a mission to protect Faunus against racists was caught by a group of SDC agents that where hunting the group down to be used as forced labour Jaune fought valiantly but thinking of the opportunity let himself captured along with a handful of others. This was a ploy as he would send messages out to expose the location and situation of the SDC mines. This is a video about a punishment he was given for stopping momentarily."

"Jaune, I am glad you want to help Faunus but don't do this. Don't throw yourself into those hell pits, they are already being exposed slowly." Blake tried to convince Jaune in a terrified tone

"What has been 'exposed' is merely false information set about to destroy the shnee dust company." Winter defended her fathers company not knowing the truth that happens

"The SDC uses PAID Faunus labour." Weiss also defended but with less conviction than winter

The screen comes to life showing a scene of Faunus and a human covered in black dust and dirt while SDC guards over watch them.

"This seems to contradict your statements."
Ironwood said disappointed that the rumours appear to be true

"I-I-I-...... I never knew..." winter lowers her head into her hands

Qrow goes to pat her back but opts out instead letting the feeling of guilt sink in

A train pulls into station and some Faunus hop into the dust filled carts shovels in hand as a shirtless, malnourished Jaune also covered in dust has a basket on his back.

Jaune walks down a ramp with an empty basket and puts his hand out leaning on a pole about to collapse from exhaustion or starvation.

"What have they done to Jaune?!" Velvet cries out appalled by his condition

"Blake, was whitefang ever lying about what happened in the dust mines?" Jaune asks a flat and serious tone a change from his usual voice

"No." Blake lowered her head "everything whitefang exposed IS true. Nobody believes them because of the attacks."

"And you walked right into it." Saphron paled

Shouting is suddenly heard as a SDC guard grabs Jaune and drags him away while other Faunus watch out of the corner of their eyes hoping nothing too bad happens to the only non Faunus on their side.

Jaune is dragged into an open area with Whitley schnee in a wardens uniform and another guard with a gun

The shnees eyes widen at the sight

"WHITLEY?!" They both cry out

"Who's that?" Ruby asks

"Our younger brother." Weiss turns away after revealing that vital piece of information

"Pick it up."
Whitley says quietly

Jaune not hearing stands a moment

"Pick it up."
Whitley says a little louder pointing a wooden baton at a wooden beam

"Is he serious?" Qrow asks confused about how such a frail man is expected to lift such a heavy beam.

Jaune stands motionless, his exhausted mind struggling to keep pace
