Chapter 5: Time with Makima

You are out on patrol with Aki.

"What do you think of Denji and Power?" you asked.

Aki: "They both are annoyances."

"I get that Power is a Fiend and Denji is a hybrid, but you should cut them some slack."

Aki: "Why do you say that?"

"They're not that bad. They just need to learn they shouldn't just trust anybody. That's something I learned when I ended up on my own."

Aki: "I am trying to tolerate them to the best of my abilities."

"That's all I ask."

Aki: "How do you see Makima?"

"Since Makima found me, I feel like I was given a purpose."

Aki: "You better not be getting any ideas."

"The only thing I've known my entire life is how to fight. Anything else would be difficult for me to understand."
