Weather is an air-headed individual who seems to constantly wander off in thought and is unable to focus at anything.
Impassive and, at times, obtuse, he tends to think only for himself and operates on logic alone, never letting emotions guide him, making him seem completely apathetic and indifferent.
However, in his character development he became a kind person that will protect and help others. He also has a bit of a temper and will "Crush" anyone who harms his friends and allies.

Weather carries around a standard sized and shaped Nichirin katana with special metals' combined (Titanium, Adamantium, and Nth-Metal) and that the blade is white in color but is able to be dyed bright red in his awaken full power, it can also turn into a sword of light.
Weather's Nichirin katana is impervious to nearly anything, including: gunfire, lasers, demon magic, and Kryptonian heat vision. Which can be hotter than the sun.
