Description:
The user can instantly and perfectly replicate themselves and/or targets, which can be objects or other entities, often numerous times.
Whilst created in a variety of ways, these clones primarily tend to either formed separately from the user through various means, such as through the use of external elements or other sources, or directly from the user, such as through user's form splitting into several individual beings that are usually able to recombine afterwards.
Most users have both of these abilities (if subconsciously), copying their clothes or other equipment along with their body and will normally be able to maintain control over all copies.
In case of sentient clones, living or otherwise, all mental and physical properties are exactly the same as the original ones.
In some cases, this may result in clones that embody only certain aspects of their original source, such as individuals parts of their psyche in the form of emotions and memories.
Furthermore, due to the possibility of each copy having different experiences, other clones may develop unique personalities, identities and other attributes independent of the user over time.
Drawbacks:
May be limited to replicating oneself, others or objects. Clones produced may be subject to a hive mind, meaning that mentality or change thereof by one clone may also extend and affect the others.

Powers/Abilities:
As a gun Stand, Emperor functions as a weapon for Hino. Due to its straightforward nature, Hino must compensate through cooperation with allies to gain the upper hand.
Homing Bullets:
The characteristic ability of Emperor, and its most dangerous is its ability to freely control the trajectory of its bullets as they are also a part of the Stand. Hino is able to control the bullets with enough precision that he was able to circle Silver Chariot's sword with no lag time, do a u-turn, and have them navigate through a narrow conduit without seeing them.
However, since they are still part of Emperor, the bullets are still subject to limited range; although having a better-than-average range for a Close-Range Stand, Emperor's effectiveness still drops rapidly as the bullets reach the limits of that range.
Point-Blank Summon:
One of the lesser properties of Emperor is that Hino summons it directly in his hand. It allows him to perform sneak attacks and in a contest of summoning speed, Hino is able to attack first.
