The Final Hearing part 3 (Even MORE hehe)

"I am Katrina Lover's husband." Samuel reveals.

Husband....

Everyone sits at a shock, because it is something they were not expecting to hear. Max's mind begins to run quickly, her thinking about of all of the ways he might be here—

"Trying to be ex husband actually, she won't sign the damn divorce papers." Samuel corrects.

Max quirks a brow a little bit, Lucas going to look over at her in question. All of them slowly go to glance at each other again and all of them maybe realizing...

Maybe this isn't a bad thing.

Especially with the shocked expression that is on Katrina's face right now, letting them know that even she didn't know he was coming here so she didn't plan on him to come here, which means she isn't working with him, unless she is a great actor but Max highly doubts that since she can't even lie and be good at it.

"This is actually a good thing." Evelyn whispers to Lucas and Max before she goes to stand up and make her way to the podium. "Mister Lover can you please explain what happened between you and Miss Lover three years ago when you both officially separated?"

"Yes." Samuel nods his head. "Me and Katrina married young, we were young and we were stupid, we thought we loved each other which we did but we weren't ready to be adults yet, and that is something hit us as the years passed by." He explains. "I always just used to drink my sorrows away and just end up getting drunk to a point where I could barely move and that is exactly what happened, my sister was there one night at the house to check up on me and make me some food after dragging me to the bed. When she didn't feel like making food she went out to get something."

Samuel swallows a little while he looks ahead of him. "She got back from work and I was in the bed laid out, barely even conscious." He starts. "Earlier in the morning we had a argument so we were already at odds. She wanted to start picking a fight after she got back but I was drunk so I barely even knew what I was saying, then I realized that she was starting to take off my clothes." He says firmly, Lucas eyes widening a little bit. "And if it wasn't for my sister coming back and stopping her....then...I would have been sexually assaulted."

Samuel takes a little breath. "I know what I was doing was wrong, getting drunk like that to a point of immobility, but I knew what she did was wrong too. I was a guy so I honestly thought no one would believe me, there is like sixty percent more sexual assaults that happen with women more than men so I didn't want to go through the strenuous process of filing a report then from there no one would believe me then go to court and all of that, I was broke, so with the help of my sister I left and got back on my feet."

"But I knew when I heard about her trying to sexually assault Lucas here I had to make a stand and say something." Samuel says. "Women like this should not be able to freely roam around like she can because it will only lead to more victims. I'm glad it didn't get far with me and I'm glad it didn't get far with Lucas but what if it gets far with another man?! She has to be stopped!"

" So your honor as you can see Lucas Sinclair here isn't the only victim." Evelyn mentions.

"He's lying!" Katrina yells while standing up.

"Slut slut slut!" Nancy coughs out, her patting her throat a little bit.

"No you are the one lying not me!" Samuel says back.

"No you were the one advancing towards me!" Katrina yells.

"I could barely stand or talk!" He yells back.

"Uhh roger we have a slut moving inbound on married men. As a side note hide your kids. Krrt! Cover." Nancy says in a deep voice in her shirt.

"Order in the court!"
