chapter 1 : Your new bodygaurd

POV Alexia :

"But father I can take care of myself,I don't need a bodyguard"

"I don't want to hear any of it,first you got kidnapped by instructor Zenon Griffy and now you got harassed by some men in a dark ally. people need to respect you either by themselves or by use of force. I absolutely stand with Your sister's  decision to have a personal  bodyguard for you."

'Ah! Why does it has to be that some crazy men actually have the guts to harass me at the worst time possible! then suddenly a stranger boy came and made quick work of them and now my father and sister are dead set on having a bodyguard for me.'

"But father I could have compromised my freedom and all but a boy!" 'No I can't compromise my freedom and girls are way easier to manipulate.'

"Iris herself hand picked him, he wouldn't really interfere with your freedom much and is quite tbe gentleman if I say so myself but he proves himself unable to protect you he be immediately  thrown out."

'That's  it! He won't  budge from his decision if Iris has recommended the bodyguard herself, that mens I just have to talk to Iris herself, So tiresome, after that maybe I should  play with Poochi to relieve some stress"

"So where is Iris now I am going to talk to her myself"

"She's having a spar with your new bodyguard in the 5th arena you can go and watch the spar and assess him yourself"

'I just hope that it's  not another fake who has fooled everyone  and gotten in the upper ranks of the knights.'

'I am waiting now for 10 minute's! for this giant door to open the 5th arena itself is quite different from other arenas in the Royal Palace it has many obstacles inside that makes it harder to fight and the giant door that takes to long to opening, it was made with the purpose to keep enemy occupied while the royal family fled if we every were to get attacked directly.'

The giant of finally opened and inside I saw a blooded figure of Iris who was on one knew, I was too shocked to move or speak something, then Iris shooter with much determination  getting up on both of legs "I won't give up just yet"

Her magic flared up and she charged forward both her hand gripping the long sword tightly towards a boy who looked nearly of my age he had brown hair neatly combed in a curtains, his faced looked completely apathetic and unchanging like he was wearing a mask and he is brown eyes that look divided of emotion and any interest in the world around him.

Then he suddenly dashed towards Iris while being empty handed ?!

Iris swung down her sword but he had gotten go herself too close too fast for her to hit him with a long swore, the edge of the sword was at least and arms lengthy away then the boy had struck the hilt of the long sword with his elbow which for the sword to break into Pisces

Iris stopped  dashing  forward to back step to safety but the boys other hand moved at incredible speed for an upper cut

That attack contained too much strength and speed it was also perfectly aimed, if it connected it will definitely causes a severe confusion, it may even be life threatening, no it definitely was life threatening

Time seemed to have stopper, Iris's Crimson waist length hair fluttered vertically upward, his arm stopped moving just before it landed the attack  where the distance of his knuckles and Iris's chin was just half centimeter

Iris's face only conveyed one feeling absolute fear, her legs began to shake and she gave in to them and fell on her knees with her whole body trembling

The nights present were equally terrifies, I was also not an exception I had turned pale, cold sweat began to flow from my face, he helped Iris get up and sent her directly to the Royal physician and then he finally looked towards me and began slowly walk to me, I was to shocked and scared to even move and when he finally got in front of mens he politely bowed

"Good evening 2nd princesse, Alexia Midgar from today onwards I will be on new Bodyguard"

His voice was monotone and his face still remained  unchanging, yet his demeanour was very polite and mature

I tried to at confident but it failed,"Y...ye...yes, I..a..am Alexia Mid gar"

"No need to be so afraid your highness your safety is my first duty"

I finally got my composer back and asked him with a suspicion laced voice

"Who are you?"

he took a second then replied

"My name is Ayanokoji Kiyotaka"

810 word, whew that's a lot for someone who's writing something for the first time in their life anyways be sure to follow me if you found this little prologue interesting
