Jaune's life wasn't easy. The news of his fake transcripts made everyone turn on him. The people he thought he could trust abandoned him. His family disowned him. They either hurt him or turned a blind eye to his torment. Jaune was soon expelled. Ho...
It is a rainy afternoon in Vale. At the Cait Sith cafe, a female bartender could be seen cleaning glasses behind the bar counter. She was a middle-aged woman with short blond hair held back with a headband. She wore a long-sleeve black shirt, a green apron, dark blue jeans, and brown boots.

Her name is Annette Pias. Once a sweeper herself, she has long retired. Now, she is an information broker who makes use of her data from her old Sweeper Days. Her cafe serves as an information network, similar to Lil' Miss Malachite.
As she cleans the glasses, the sweepers in the room drink and talk about past cases. A man and woman sit at the counter. While the man reads a newspaper as his briefcase rests by the stool, the woman reads a book.
Soon, the door to the cafe opened, causing the bell at the frame to jingle. Hearing the noise, the owner and patrons looked to see who walked in. It was a man using a metal cane and carrying a large umbrella that shielded him and three robed figures, each carrying a briefcase, from the rain. They wiped their feet on the mat before moving forward.
The robed figures stepped forward as the man closed the door and his umbrella. Looking at the man further, he wore a fedora that covered most of the top of his head, red round sunglasses, a long red scarf that covered his mouth, a black sweater, black leather gloves, dark blue jeans, and a pair of black loafers. Soon, he placed his umbrella on the umbrella stand.
"Have a seat," The man said in a raspy voice, earning nods from the robed figures.
While they took a seat at a table by the door, the man moved forward with his cane, coughing into a handkerchief he took out. He walked to the bounty board in the cafe. He reached out and took a poster from the board, giving a chuckle.
He walked over to the bar and took a seat between the two customers, resting the hooked portion of his cane on the counter. He placed the wanted poster on the counter and slid it closer to Annette.
"I'd like to hire a sweeper for this capture."
Annette looked at the bounty poster. The face on it was Jaune, the former Arc. Above his picture was the word: WANTED. Below the picture shows his bounty: 3,000,000,000 Lien.
"Jaune," Annette said, earning glances from the other patrons.
"Yes, I plan to apprehend him," The man said.
*COUGH!* *COUGH!*
After coughing into his handkerchief, one could see fresh bloodstains in it.
"But I need help putting a team together."
"Well. I'm sure that I can find you some strong sweepers."
"Thank you. Actually, I have one particular sweeper in mind."
"Really? Who?"
"Train Heartnett Arc."
The name surprised the other sweepers. They knew how successful Train was at his captures. However, though surprised, those at the bar side-eye the man. They kept calm, feeling that there was more to the stranger. They continued analyzing him.
