Soon, the black disappeared and my vision returned. I looked around and sure enough, I was inside. The concrete walls were the same dingy grey color and dust covered the cement floor. When I tried to get up I felt a restraint. Looking down I saw that I was tied to a wooden chair by rope to my wrists and chains to my legs. I tried to move but it was pointless.
The more I saw the tunnel close the more I struggled. Out of desperation I screamed her name helplessly into the cloudy air and choked on it.
"Brooke! Brooke where are you!"
Four figures came up to me. One bent down in front of me, and I immediately recognized him.
"Shhh, you don't wanna scare her." The three other ghosts threw her in front of me. Her small hands were tied together behind her back and her feet were shoe-less and bared her small sock covered feet tied at her ankles.
"BLAKE HOW COULD YOU DO THIS!" I was bucking in my chair, restless and angry. The bull was out and ready to kill.
His low chuckle made me shiver.
"Look, I honestly don't care about you guys. But I did hear from a bird that there was some money floating in the air. So I thought, 'Hey, that's what family's for!' Ain't that right guys?" The minions all nodded in unison with crossed arms.
Suddenly she made a groaning sound. I tried to scoot closer. In a slow motion, she sat up and yawned. As her grey eyes opened to the world around her, she cringed. I felt horrible immediately. I could've stopped this. But I couldn't. As my thoughts drifted to worse ones, she began to laugh.
That's when I was confused.
"Hahahahaaaaaa. Is sooo DARK IN HERE!" Her voice echoed into the never ending halls. All of a sudden, it dawned on me. That wasn't a sober Brooke. That was the Brooke who stabbed a squirrel with a toothpick.
"What have you done to her?"
Blake raised his hands in innocence. "Nothing Jade. She merely said she felt thirsty. She didn't want to drink her salty tears so we just gave her a little something else." From behind him he gabbed a bag and kicked it to me. It's contents flung to my feet and I gagged. Beer cans and whiskey bottles and other devil drinks poured out of "Santa's bag".
I kicked.
"BLAKE!"
I screamed.
"YOU F*CKING-"
I cried.
"A$$HOLE!"
*BANG*
"BOW DOWN B*TCHES!" Tyler barged in and tackled Blake at the waist. He fell to the floor in an agonizing scream. Tyler held him down and punched him repeatedly in the jaw. Each hit sounded like a knockout blow and I was sure that Blake was done for. But each time he came back and tried to rattle Tyler off him. Struggling to join in the fight I fell over helplessly in my chair. I was lying sideways while Brooke laughed uncontrollably out of dizziness and the pain around her. As henchman came to bring me to my demise I spun around an kicked in the chin. He tripped in a hiccup and quickly regained his balance. But before he could stand up straight, Tyler whacked him in the head with a steel pipe. The clone fell to the ground in a loud thud and Blake was nowhere to be seen.
"Man, am I glad to see you."
Tyler laughed under his breath, "Yeah, no kiddin'." He cut the rope that held my hands and broke up my chains. As I a stood up Brooke began to scream.
"AAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAAA! You betta ruuuuuuuuun!" She squealed and rolled over on the floor. As I looked straight ahead the other two goons began to come at us.
