"And breathe out, imagine a flickering flame," Tsireya said to the rest of them as she exhaled slowly through her mouth.
Tsireya's gaze then travels to Freya as she breathes out through her mouth slowly with her eyes closed and her face relaxed.
"You must slow down your heartbeat," Tsireya said as she put her hands on the area above Freya's chest and her stomach.
