*Luigi's POV*

I was teleported back to Bowser's castle, and I was surprisingly glad too. I didn't know why, but being here brought me a sense of calm I couldn't describe. Eli was leading me to a room in Bowser's castle when I heard music being played. It was a beautiful piano melody unlike anything I've heard before. I went to check out what room the music was coming from. I saw there was a door slightly opened where the music was most likely being played. I peeked through the small gap of the open door and saw Bowser playing the piano! His hands moved so gracefully across the keys, every note beautifully resonated in the room that held them. I realized he was also singing, and what I heard took my breath away.

"Amore mio, quanto ti amo.
I didn't realize it before,
But now I see it shine.
I used to be blinded by a one-sided love,
That wasn't even love at all!

Amore mio, quanto ti amo.
I'm surprised it took me this long,
To see who my heart really fell for!
My blindness pushed many away,
Yet somehow you decided to stay.

Ti amo tanto mi amore!
I don't know how else to say it,
But I really love you, Luigi!
That's all I want you to see!

I want you to see what I see in you.
A beautiful man,
Whose shine is always being dulled,
By everyone around him, plus himself.
A beautiful man,
Worth everything in life, plus more.
A beautiful man who must truly glow,
I see all of this in those saphire blues."

Bowser's voice was so beautiful, it took me a few seconds to realize he was singing about me! No one's ever dedicated anything to me before. Oh Dio mio, he loves me! But, do I like him? I mean yeah he's an amazing father, and I do admire his muscles- wait WHAT?! I did not just think of that! Oh noooo, now I'm staring at his strong muscular arms and his sexy smile-AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! STOP THINKING ABOUT BOWSER THAT WAY!!! I looked and saw Bowser staring at the door from where he was sitting in the room. Something in me told me to run, and I did. I ran so fast I tired myself out after turning 3 different corners. Soon I realized I didn't know where I was in the castle. I tried to retrace my steps, but my mind had been so focused on running away from Bowser to even remember where I made a turn or just kept going straight. I ended up getting even more lost due to that. Should I call for Eli? She'd help me out, right? I tried to call out for her, but my voice wouldn't let me.

I turned around and saw a familiar magikoopa. "Kamek! Oh thank goodness you're here! You see, I got a bit lost and was wondering where was the room I was staying in as of right now." I chuckled nervously, I hope he didn't catch how nervous I was. "That's what I thought. I'll take you there, but you're going to have to answer me a few questions when we get there." Kamek extended his arm for me to grab. I quickly latched my hand around his arm, obviously being cautious of the strength I may not even have. In a snap, we were in my mint green room. I plopped myself onto the bed, my legs exhausted from all the running around I did trying to find my way around the castle. "So, Luigi. I have a few questions for you in regards to Bowser." Kamek started. I froze: was he going to ask what I think he's going to ask? "Bowser has been saying these weird phrases that only you seem to understand, and he has this weird book he won't let me touch at all. Can I ask you about the things he's saying?" Kamek explained. Ok good, it wasn't if I liked Bowser. Because I honestly don't know how to answer that. "Um, sure. What phrases were you mostly curious about?" I asked Kamek, he seemed... happy?

*Kamek's POV*

Finally! I can ask about that stupid language Bowser's been speaking to Luigi with! "First, what does 'ci vediamo presto' mean?" I asked Luigi. "Oh! That means 'see you later' in Italian. That's my ethnic language. You see, me and Mario are Italian-Americans. Not like you know what that is anyways." He chuckled nervously. Ok he's got some confidence. "Alright, then. What does 'andiamo' mean?" I asked. " 'Andiamo' means 'let's go'. And if you're going to ask about 'prego', it means 'you're welcome'." He answered my smaller concerns, now for my slightly larger ones. "What does 'ti piace qui' mean?" He looked a bit worried when I asked about that one. "That means 'You like it here?'." He looked at me in anticipation of what phrase I would ask about next. "And what about 'che bello idiota è Luigi'?" This one's been puzzling me for a while: I once overheard King Bowser say this in his room while in a daydreamy state. This one stumped him, seeing as his eyes were looking all over the place. "I... I don't know if I should answer that, but 'che bello idiota' means 'what a beautiful idiot'. I hope that answers your question." He was twiddling his fingers, caught off guard with that one for sure. "That's all I wanted to know, thank you for translating those phrases for me. Goodbye." I left on my broom to my room.
